Agents striking back in the agents-college players debate by leaking information of how Sports Illustrated and Mel Kipler Jr were involved in the whole issue.

Mel Kipler Jr is accused of working with recruits and potential rookies on the behalf of agents by acting as a "middle man" in the whole situation. He would give "pro"/agent advice in both which agents to sign with and how to improve their stocks in an upcoming NFL draft.
