I found a difference between Kane and Orton professionally. See vids.

See at 9:46. The ref is a bit too quick.

At 7:20 - you've most likely seen it before

As I see it, I'm pretty sure Orton would've gone nuts if what happened to Kane, happened to him. Kane > Orton @ being a professional. This of course isn't news.
