This is of course the promised character hints that were alluded to last week. The image text says something to the effect of, "What the heck are these?" Although, we know that these two items are commonly associated with Yun and Yang of Street Fighter 3 fame.

In addition, Capcom announced another arcade location test in Japan, on Sept. 11 & 12 — which included this image. It seems odd that Capcom would add this image in if the new location test didn't feature Yun and Yang in some way.

Assuming these two turn up, news should hit soon after the location test goes live, and you'll be able to find it here on the front page of EventHubs.com.
