Activision released their plans for the CoD franchise and it's basically the exact definition of whoring a franchise out. Spin-offs, less time between sequels, internal subscription models, the works. This of course comes after Infinity Ward leaders were let go for documented internal slap fights between IW and Activision.

Good luck turning a decent franchise into a joke, Activision. Guitar Hero has taught you nothing.
