I think starting with Week 2, I'll just post each show individually when it is meant to be aired (so starting from Monday they'd be posted Raw-Velocity-Heat-SD) as an attempt to get my post count up make things easier to follow.
In addition, I fucked up and forgot to record the ratings for the show (except for the matches and overall show rating, which are kept on record in the game)...so here are fairly quick match results for Velocity and SmackDown from the MassMutual Center in Springfield, MA:
Velocity
-Goldust def. Mike Knox (C+)
-Trent Barreta & Caylen Croft def. Kung Fu Naki & Jimmy Wang Yang (C)
-Luke Gallows def. his former enabler, Slam Master J (C)
-Finlay def. Charlie Haas (C+)
Overall Show Rating: C+
---
SmackDown!
-Rey Mysterio def. Tyson Kidd to qualify for the Royal Rumble (B+)
-CM Punk def. The Hurricane to qualify for the Royal Rumble, Gallows distracted the ref and PAUL BURCHILL ran in and planted The Hurricane with a finisher. (A)
After the match, Burchill told the story about how The Hurricane got Burchill thrown out of ECW, and it sent him into a drinking problem. But now Burchill is back, and he's now straight edge. The Straight Edge Society has a new member.
-John Morrison, Matt Hardy, and R-Truth def. Drew McIntyre, Dolph Ziggler, and Zack Ryder when Morrison pinned Ziggler (B)
-Christian was the guest on The Cutting Edge. Christian told his brother that after a meeting with new co-GM Tiffany, because he was the reigning ECW champion when the belt went defunct and he never lost it...Christian will be facing The Undertaker at the Royal Rumble for the World Heavyweight Title. Chris Jericho interrupts and complains that he's more deserving, etc. and Jericho/Christian is booked for the main event.
-Kane def. David Hart Smith to qualify for the Royal Rumble (B-)
-Michelle McCool is still the Women's champion in this data pack...which means that I had to continue the Piggy James storyline. She and Mickie argued, and the crowd really didn't care.
-Batista def. The Great Khali to qualify for the Royal Rumble by countout after throwing Khali into the ringside steps (B-)
-Christian def. Chris Jericho in a great main event (A)
After the match, Jericho gathered himself and attacked Christian from behind as he celebrated. Edge runs out and helps his brother. As Edge and Jericho fight to the back, the lights go out and the bell tolls. Lights come back on, and The Undertaker is in the ring. He and Christian have a staredown to end the show.
Overall Show Rating: A
--------
So after one week, I have both title matches booked for the Rumble. John Cena vs. Sheamus for the WWE Title, and Christian vs. Undertaker for the World Heavyweight Title. In addition, 8 men have qualified for the Royal Rumble (Batista, CM Punk, Jack Swagger, Kane, Rey Mysterio, Shelton Benjamin, Vance Archer, William Regal) many more to come in the next week or two.
