Maybe you should stop moving so much and support your team via recon and cover fire. Also try out the objective games to learn the maps faster. Also in obj. games K/D doesn't matter and you can score big no matter your deaths.

I'm guessing you move wrong and/or don't know how to use line of sight perspective to your advantage. My initial advice to this is to play like a paranoid cripple. Overreaction helps in this game.
