No not bothered since in the end every console generation has people worrying too much about what kids should or shouldn't be playing and less on parents being responsible for what is being played by their children. Every generation has people saying games are too realistic in appearance or themes and its going to happen again next generation when graphics or controllers improve (ex. Godfather on the Wii mimics strangling someone when you make the strangling motion).
Its partially based on the stereotype of games as a child's form of entertainment and how most adults online act like kids (mostly in mic supported games).
