I've no idea if any of these guys are who the NYC Chun-Li image was going to reveal or not. At least one of them was very obvious given they appeared in a SFIV character intro.
It's has to be Cody in the Chun-Li picture since it appears his stage is similar to the one in the Chun-Li picture and in the picture of him using an uppercut, it gets cut off before the whole inky part is show. Looks like the rest of that inky part is in the Chun-Li picture.
