That date sounds a little close to the RDR 'likely' release date. I don't think I could spare the cash for both SSFIV and RDR. Unless someone actually employs me before then. Then I could probably pick them both up.
If I had to chose one, it would be RDR.
Anyway, is there any idea when another character will be revealed? Are they doing a reveal monthly or just whenever they feel like it? If there is only 8 new characters, they can reveal a new one each month leading up to release. I'm hoping/thinking we could actually get 10 new characters. I also want to know what bonus rounds we'll see. I'm sure we'll get the car one and I'm interested in seeing the new intro/endings for each characters.
I was playing through arcade mode with...I think Fei Long and his ending showed
him talking to Seth and then Seth gets a ninja spike thing thrown at his back out of nowhere. It wasn't explained who threw it. Maybe it relates to Juri?
Also, pointless info on the making of Abels characters:

There I go, giving away the punch line. Yes, Street Fighter IV's muscle-bound French fighter Abel might have wound up a small boy with pigtails, according to the game's battle planner Taisaku Okada, who commented on the original design in a post on the Japanese SFIV website. As translated by Andriasang.com:
"With Abel, we wanted to make someone representative of 'the weak can beat the strong,' and so he was originally a small judo character who could be mistaken for a girl."
I would have preferred the smaller look to the one Capcom eventually went with, but then I've always been fond of smaller characters kicking the crap out of bigger ones.
Along with the more feminine Abel, the developer post also takes a look at the difficulties of maintaining character appearance in the newer game, Honda's skeletal structure, and raging staff fights over Street Fighter IV's art direction. It's all in Japanese, so make sure to bring along your closest squiggly-reading friend.

I prefer what they eventually went for with Abel. This character looks ok, I guess, but maybe it's better used as a whole other character. A few people, in the comments, are pointing out that it's clearly a little girl and are saying the Japanese don't seem to understand how adrogyny works.
It looks more like concept art for Juri, to me.
