Well... I can't see Chris Benoit being a murder victim... it would take a lot to restrain a guy like him in order to imply a suicide.
The only slight off-chance is that Nancy and Daniel's deaths were not his doing, and he killed himself upon finding them dead. That is a hugely unlikely scenario, and what's more, if that was the case, surely he would leave a note of explanation or something to confirm his innocence before killing himself. Stands to reason.
