Think of yourself as the boss of your own wrestling promotion. After getting the game, you pick from any North American promotion available (or create your own via the editor) and from there, it's fair game. You sign the talent, you manage the finances, you keep whatever staff is necessary, you book the shows, you snag the TV deals. You do it all and make sure the wrestlers are happy, the network is cool with your product, and the bottom line ends in your favor. It's quite a little way to pass some free time.
