Lets face it, Bettis had a great career (obviously) but last season he was merely a short yardage back. Yeah it hurts to lose a short yardage back but hurt this bad? I think the lose of Bettis is being overrated a lot, not underrated. Najeh Davenport can be a shortyardage back (He is currently averaging 4.1 yards a carry, while Bettis had 3.3 last season) So I really don't see how you say the Steelers are playing bad due to the loss of Bettis, I don't think that is the case at all.
