Yes, I'm bumping another old video game forum thread, but I have an EWR question.

I'm working on a c-fed scenario right now creating all of the guys in that forum from scratch. I just went to test what I hope is the final roster for one of the feds, but a ton of guys are missing.

Does anybody know why this is?
