Whee! I finally got an xbone! Upgraded Destiny is about all I had for the last 2 days, though... I didnt get the AssCreed bundle. Sale ending on Saturday monkeywrench'd my plans to order it online Wednesday when I got paid.

On a side note, I unexpectedly got Halo MCC yesterday. Once upon a time, I went half on a second controller when my friend got his One so we could do 2 player, and essentially it was "mine", but his kids could use it. Now that I have my own box, I don't need it, so he basically offered me Halo for my half of the controller. "It was an offer I couldn't refuse." Now imagine I said that with the worst Brando imaginable.

Took forever to install, though. By the time it was done, I had to get some sleep to work tonight.

Did a Mario 3D World night last night. Destroyed the game like I was 9 years old again. Very fun and the cat suit is so OP.

The wife and I got a WiiU for xmas, and I just picked up a copy of The Windwaker.
I've never played this game before, and sweet robot Jesus, this game is amazing. It's awesome. It is literally awesome. It quite literally inspires a sense of awe in me.

Get a real video game system. You're an adult.

Wii U is great, whatchu talkin' bout

Last time my brother and I used the Wii U, we played Smash, and before that it was the CLASSIC Mega-Man X/2/3.

The Wii U is amazing. Sometimes it is about having a family/party gaming system instead of a "I am single and no one comes over to my house" gaming system.

Love my Wii U solely for Zelda and Mario Kart shenanigans.

The WII-U sucks if you're a single person and no one comes over to your house though, that's why I haven't had a Nintendo console in ages, there all designed as party things for ppl lucky enough to have friends.

Like, you do realize there are a TON of people out there who enjoy casually playing Mario, Smash Bros, and shit Nintendo makes exclusively right? I have no idea who 450 nor do I care but maybe, just maybe, him and his wife enjoy casually playing games Nintendo makes together. It is a very friendly couch coop system that don't involve games that have killing as the main concept.

I have my reasons for having a console versus a PC. Mainly revolves around having to be a dad and husband and stuff.

Just "finished" my first Pokémon nuzlocke on Emerald.

I never caught a water type, randomiser gave me Treeko as a starter and the fire gym leader in Lavaridge just absolutely murdered me. I was relying on a Numel to get me through and it got one shotted by the Torkoal, as did everything else. There were only two times I ever had a full team of six, May killed off 5 of my six outta nowhere when I wasn't expecting a battle and had not healed. It was actually pretty fun though, I will definitely try it again when I pick up Alpha Sapphire.

STD apparently one of those man children who thinks being an adult is about playing M rated games on playstation.

I used to think that way too, when I was like 11 years old.

I've had Banished and Metro Redux looking at me for the past 3-4 weeks; I will finally play them this weekend!

FourFifty likes the WiiU and STD stirs the pot...

I swear, STD hates me so much that I could discuss my love of drinking water, and I'll be seen as "lame" and "boring". A slew of other people mentioned how they enjoy the WiiU and it got overshadowed by STD. FourFifty mentions it, and now I'm a little whipped bitch apparently because of my taste in video games.

Was good but also get why its considered not as great as II or Brotherhood. Didn't bother doing any of the Desmond stuff or the den protecting outside of the first one. Ending stunk both for Ezio and Desmond.
