I am glad they at least are splitting Mania across two nights. I’d love for that to be the norm. They only announced one day for 2022/2023 but it can always change.

But I imagine it’s mostly to try to offset the fact that there will probably only be 50% capacity in the building this year, two nights allows them to take home the same gate as if it was a regular year.

Mania needs to stay a 2 day event for as long as they can sell tickets to the 2 nights. 7 hour + show is far too much for one night.

I kinda don't. Only because it kinda makes it look like they're trying to imitate how entrances look in a 2k game. It is this weird "uncanny valley" thing to me. Instead of trying to make the models in the game look and move more realistically, we're pivoting to making the real entrances look like a game. I can't unsee that, and it bugs me.
