Finished the Aftermath expansion story mode last night. Not bad

Wanna play it and will eventually but 40 bucks is too much for 3 characters and a 2 hour campaign. If they wouldn't have given away the stages, friendships and stage fatalities for free it would have been.

Easily the besy story theyve ever done. Aftermath was fantastic

Yeah, I loved it. Shang Tsung was the absolute star in this too. Cary-Hiroyuki Tagawa does not half ass anything here. You can tell he had a lot of fun with it.

One thing I haven't seen mentioned is that new gear for existing characters has also been added.

Probably not worth $40, but not terribly overpriced. I also don't mind overpriced dlc as much when the base game overdelivers, and MK 11 definitely has. The game is overflowing with content.

$40 is more than reasonable given the production value. Gotta recoup that cost somehow.

Fujin is an absolute blast to play

Yeah, the facial animations alone are better than most AAA story driven action games. Also the licensing of people like Tagawa and Peter Weller probably isn’t cheap.

I finished MK 11 ( not Aftermath yet).

Once you realise you cant hit stun her on 80% of your combos shes not too bad. Course better yet find one that can hit stun her and spam it.

I couldnt stun her at all. She was immune to finishing blows but thankfully not when she morphed.

I was thinking about trading in MK 11 in, but i just found out you can unlock all character endings on the towers part. I'm dumb. Online is meh on the Switch Lite. Not terrible, but some parts get shadowed out when you do a finishing move. I'm not sure if there is a setting i can change or not. I've seen people play it on youtube with switch lite and it dont seem to be an issue. No idea. But nice to know there is a lot more to the game.

I dunno I think it would have been pretty boss if part of Kitana’s arc in the story mode was finally gaining the allegiance of Mileena. They’ve teased it enough in endings over the years.

Fuck yeah, he looks awesome. MK 11, more than any other game in the series, has done a great job of giving everyone a cool and stylish moveset that makes them fun to play. I don't think there's anyone on the roster that I didn't want to at least mess around with in towers. Even veterans that I've never really cared much about like Sonya and Jax. Shit man, Jax is my fucking main ffs.

Also, I will repeat: This game has the best Fatalities of the series, barnone.

Yeah Rain is nicely done. Kept some old gimmicks from MK Trilogy, too.
