Pretty weird.

It's about a guy with a lizard's head instead of his own head who goes around attacking sorcerer's because a sorcerer used him for magic practice.
Apparently a man lives inside his gullet.

He screams a lot, seems to be a happy chap despite his predicament.

I wish someone had told me that Maggie Grace is in season 4 of Fear the Walking Dead; I would have gotten to the series faster. She's still as fine as ever.

Oh and he works in a hospital that treats victims of "sorcery practice".

Seems like the sorcerer's like to muck about with people and turn them into stuff.

I dunno why I put it on but it is quite funny.

Wow....Dark was incredible. Hope this crew makes another show after this because that was one of the best things I've ever watched.

Finished watchmen. It was ok. Went off on an my sci-fi direction than I was anticipating.

It had 2 pretty solid episodes. Looking glass ep was especially good. Mostly trash show; not sure if id watch another season of it.

I'm rewatching the first season of Arrow, and I'm still only in the early stages of season 4 of The Agents of SHIELD. At this point I've started to lose interest in SHIELD.

On season 2 episode 3. It's interesting how everything is intertwined. My one complaint is they have a fuck ton of characters and not all of them, to this point, have been key to the plot. And it's made the show feel really deliberate in its pacing. I'm being impatient on wanting to knowmore about what's going on, which is a good thing

Finished season 2. Jesus fuck how are they make the bomb they dropped make sense? Season 2 way better. All the characters that felt like they weren't integral all of a sudden had bigger roles. Hope season 3 lives up to what's been building so far.

Is Snowpiercer worth finishing? I kind of checked out half way through and forgot about it.

TBH, I was mostly just watching it for Jennifer Connelly

Welp Dark is getting really weird. On S3E3 and I early expecting that ending.

Finished Dark. Got a little lost with everything that was going on towards the end. But the last 2 episodes, the big reveal, and the way they tied it all up was stellar.

Prime have added the fifth season of Fear the Walking Dead, so I'll probably watch that once I finish re-watching season 2 of Arrow. Prime now also has Hell on Wheels back, though for some strange reason only seasons 1 to 4; I have yet to see the second half of season 5.

Episodes start to get nuttier and more violent around episode six or seven. The last few episodes are nuts.

I enjoyed it more than the film even if it leaves more questions unanswered in its run time.
Jennifer Connelly and Daveed Diggs were very good but the support cast were a ragtag bunch it has to be said.
The Irish accent was a mistake on that one guy.

The last twist blew my mind better than anything has in ages.
I never saw it coming at all, hit me so hard I remember saying something out loud but fuck knows what it was.
Probably a classic "No way!!!!"

A co-worker was telling me about A Handmaids Tale...anyone see it? Worth Watching? She seemed to really like it.

It's basically Orange Is The New Black but with way more sex pest guards.

Not as funny though.

Essentially if you like seeing women in terrible turmoil you will love The Handmaid's Tale.
If you enjoy tunnels with a light at the end but only if the light fades the longer you walk, it will knock your freaking socks off.

Eh... I've never seen it.

I'm watching The Handmaid's Tale at the moment and I'm enjoying it. Well, "enjoying" is perhaps the wrong word to use; I find it engaging, even though it is bleak with no hint of comic relief to occasionally lighten the mood.

I've finished season 2 of Arrow and I'm going to watch both seasons of Handmaid's Tale and perhaps season 5 of Fear the Walking Dead before watching season 3 of Arrow.

Handmaid's Tale got to the point where the main character was such a pain in the ass that someone would have put a bullet in her for a fraction of the "crimes" she committed.

I'm getting to the end of the second season of The Handmaid's Tale. The first season was great, but there is definitely something lacking in this one. I'll probably watch the third season, though I may take a break from the unrelenting bleakness for awhile. I'll decide once I've finished this season.

Just finished watching The OC again about an hour ago.

It is pretty damn good. Its a shame it got cancelled in the middle of season 4. I am not sure why FOX chose to cancel it when they did. I figured it was bringing them in ratings.

Season 2 was still my favourite season. I liked Zach and Summer together more so than Seth and Summer.

None of y'all probably have no idea about it but whatever.

they cancelled the OC because its ratings (and quality) cratered after marissa died. i think it was fair enough, its best stuff was easily all in its first couple of seasons

i also think seth and anna were a way better couple than seth and summer but what can you do

anyway, i slept on both the umbrella academy (i watched doom patrol instead when both landed and i was worried it was gonna be too 'samey' at the time) and what we do in the shadows (loved the movie so was v skeptical about getting into the show, but it is absolutely wonderful) so have been hooking into those in earnest "of late"

also ploughed through the first season of the harley quinn animated series bc it was put on a streaming service here. tremendous show

Finished season 2. Better than season one. Altho the stuff with the robot gets a little cloudy. Much better villain in this one.

S3 isn't scheduled till 2021 and supposed to be the final turn.

Seanny, got to the episode in S2 where they finally let Daniel show off. Legit popped and said "LaRusso!" when he actually showed up to fight. I love this damn corny show.

Beat for beat it is easily the best show made in homage to a beloved franchise.
Imagine if everybody that brought back properties did so with this level of thought and preparation.

Truly a brilliant show.

I love that they constantly mix in callbacks to the original films without it being forced and they didn't blow their load on every reference in the first season.

Finished up It's Okay to not be Okay on Netflix this morning. One of the many K-Dramas Netflix is getting their hands on.

Leading lady is gorgeous. Story is good. Wouldn't mind a 2nd season. But, I think with many of these shows, it's 1 and done.

Probably going to watch season 2 of Lost in Space next.

Decided to watch the last bunch of episodes of The Flash that I never watched.... pretty "meh"..... the most interesting thing on the show is Elongated Man/Sue Dibney..... but Elongated Man got fired due to #CancelCulture so who knows what will happen with that now....

Just finished Ratched.

The show is so damn beautiful to look at. The sets and cinematography and costumes are all so visually stunning. The plot is a bit wacky at times (a lot of suspension of belief) and some characters can get a bit over the top (it is a Ryan Murphy show overall) but I enjoyed it.

It did have a semi-AHS feel to it (could have named it AHS: Hospital at times it seemed). The final 15 minutes of the last episode were great. Also, this might be the best Sarah Paulson has looked (overall) in any of her various tv series.

Finished the final season of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.

A big mess honestly.... not the best way to go out at all. Prob should have just ended with season 5 and left out these final two.

I couldn't get through season 4 of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D; there was just no desire to continue watching.

I am currently half-way through season 4 of Arrow. I think I only continue to watch because Emilly Bett Rickards is so hot; I'm not feeling the whole mystical elements that are now being brought in.

I'm also still only half-way through season 5 of Fear the Walking Dead. Even though I prefer the direction/cast (except for Morgan) that they have gone with the series since season 4, I'll probably make this season my last.

Once Fear is done, I'm going to watch season 3 of the Handmaid's Tale, though I found the June/Offred character increasingly annoying as season 2 progressed, so I'm in no rush to watch.

Just finished watching Raised by Wolves. Hoo boy that series finale took some crazy turns. Now the frustrating wait until season 2 because I am already wanting more.

Ted Lasso is a damned good show.
Jason Sudeikis plays an American football coach who moves to the UK to manage a soccer team with zero experience of the game.

It sounds like a classic fish out of water tale but it's really a show about coping with divorce.
It's a surprisingly well written show that hits some lovely emotional high notes.

Wonder if South Park touches on Trump getting covid with how the episode went last week, it seems like it would be in their wheel house.

I've finished season 4 of Arrow and season 2 of The Boys.

Amazon Prime have Scrubs going cheap at the moment, so I've bought seasons 1 and 2 and I am making my way through them.

Hell on Wheels is back on Prime now, including the second part of season 5 that I never saw, so I'm going to start from the beginning with that. At the end of the month I'm going to buy the final season of Penny Dreadful.

Finished The Haunting of Bly Manor. I wanted to punch most of the main characters. Hill House was way better.

Hill House was worth watching but I hated about 25% of it.

We started on American Horror Story. Watched seasons 1-3 then skipped to season 7 which seemed interesting as there were no supernatural elements to it. It was pretty good until it got deep into the cult elements (which the Cult subtitle should have tipped me off about).

Now watching Modern Family as a bit of a palette cleanser.

Appreciate we’re a few years behind.
