Miz has a pretty inspiring character arc for a heel.

Lock Jaw 12-02-2010 02:47 PM

Yeah. When he started on that "if anyone tells you you can't accomplish your dreams" thing I was thinking... "How is this not an inspiring face promo?"

Then of course he turned it around with the whole "Well, you can't. Because you're not me" thing.

Swiss Ultimate 12-02-2010 04:04 PM

I haven't been this positive about wrestling in a while. Not excited like during the Attitude era and ECW days but, I was a kid back then and doubt I'll ever be as excited about wrestling like that ever again.

It's just nice to turn on Raw or Smackdown and see a bunch of talented performers (even their "sucky" guys aren't so bad in the ring) show off their stuff.

Fake Steel cage logos do not make the world go 'round!!!!!!!

I wonder who got all those colorful title belts when the title reign was over. Do you think they just let Warrior have all of them like the White and the purple ones?

They should give that belt to Sheamus once he becomes Double Double E Champion again!

Vastardikai 12-02-2010 05:07 PM

Had a horrible match idea, and it doesn't deserve a thread...

The Heinz 57 match.

7 vats covered in black Paper surround the ring. They are filled with Ketchup, Mustard, Mayonnaise, Ranch Dressing, Baked Beans, Pepto Bismol, and Heinz 57 sauce.

2 ways to win the match:
throw your opponent into 5 of the 7 vats.

OR

throw your opponent into the one that is the Heinz 57 Sauce.

BollywoodSingh 12-02-2010 05:41 PM

DH Smith vs. Tyson Kidd on Superstars. What was the point of the weeks of tension between them on Raw if they're going to have their first match on the C show. Also, has Natalya even acknowledged that they've broken up?

Cool King 12-02-2010 06:13 PM

It's also the show that the Hart Dynasty would constantly job to Cryme Tyme on. Now the Hart Dynasty has been tag team champions and Cryme Tyme is disbanded and half of them are fired.

It's a midcard feud so it belongs on the midcard show. Maybe WGN America asked them to start putting more important matches on the shows. WGN is one of the biggest remaining "Superstations" in the country.

Domino, from Deuce & Domino fame, said in Colt Cabana's podcast that they find a classic car collector in each city and pay them to rent their car. A lot of the collectors enjoy showing off their rides and telling people that their car was on tv so they agree.

I don't know who you're talking about. I only know the one from Ghana.

Maybe...maybe you're thinking of TNA?

Among the many questions submitted to PWI several referred to a time in WWE known as "the attitude era". What exactly was "the attitude era" in WWE?

Wasn't that when Hogan joined the NWO?

Cool King 12-05-2010 10:53 AM

Nah, it was when Cena changed the name of his finishing move to the "Attitude Adjustment". That signaled the begining of the "Attitude Era" and we're currently in it right now.

Xero 12-05-2010 11:03 AM

Who is this Austin you speak of?
