You can't have the crowds humming his theme song the whole night trying to get him over as a heel vs Jericho or anyone else. I suppose they could edit it out

It took him MONTHS to give Ryder a chance when he was hot. Months for Bryan and his YES chants. Hes going to dig his heels in on FANDANGO

But Ryder didn't get a good spot at a Wrestlemania against freaking Chris Jericho...the trigger has already been pulled...now its just a matter of how far will the bullet go.

Depending on what dirt sheet you read, Vince is behind him at the moment, the fact he got a debut match at Wrestlemania makes that seem likely.

And just a few weeks ago they reported that Vince/The Office were not behind him. Then, 2 weeks later he gets booked in a Mania match against Jericho for his in-ring debut. So, yeah.

Also, I'd love it if Fandango came out and corrected the crowd on how to sing his theme song.

At least we'll always know that Punk is in the doghouse.

His theme is now at #11 just under Taylor Swift.

I want Johnny Curtis to be a mega-star more than anyone else in my 28 years of being a wrestling fan.

Fandango still caused a stir that very few guys get to cause. If he keeps working his butt off, especially with some smarky crowds coming up ahead, he could really dig his heels in as a worthy attraction for WWE.

Shouldn't count because McGillicutty is not R-Truth.

They stated this was him cashing it in though, not sure if Truth was just out injured or what though.

R-Truth had turned back face, won the tag titles with Kofi Kingston and lost them to Bryan & Kane by the time Curtis got his title shot.

It's a shame, but maybe Fandango will continue to impress people and cause more of a spread? The WWE is heading to the UK soon right?

And yes, Curtis never got his WWE Tag Team Title shot because R-Truth turned heel and went whack leaving Curtis on his own. They did give Curtis & McGillicutty a WWE Tag Team Title shot on NXT, though, which they said was his NXT Season 4 title shot.

Wouldn't be surprised if they plug the song on Smackdown, the UK version at least.
