Plane is decent, down the back by the ladder thing. Like it as you can pop outside for your care package killstreak and get it with noone bothering you.

I was thinking more along the lines of a team holding an area down, but I'll certainly keep that in mind.

The main hallway is pretty essential. Tough to hold though, since nearly everywhere else on the map has a line of fire to it.

The plane is about the only easily defensible spot I can think of offhand - everywhere else is pretty exposed.

I suck at remembering maps, but the spot where position C appears in Domination might be an option as well.

I think Terminal's Alpha is a decent position. It has three major ways to flank there, but the lines of sight are pretty easy to maneuver.

F'n A I almost gave up playing as soon as I started this earlier today. Ate three nukes in a matter of an hour. First was a random team deathmatch that me and my friends where thrown into. After maybe no more than three mins of us playing the warning goes off and we're destroyed. Second game is a domination in which some dude on the other team just mowed everyone down that went for A on Favela. Sad thing was that we where actually winning the match. Then we jump in a free for all together, and I'm doing alright but this one kids is racking up kills really quick and gets an ac130 and goes to town with it, then gives me my third dose of radiation for the day.

Shitty thing about that last one is it turns out the guy getting the nukes had himself a little crony who was running up and letting his buddy knife him over and over. Only figured that out into the second free for all after the kid was already 18-0 within like 6 mins, and I started watching the kill indicators. I spent the rest of the map looking all over the map for him, and finally found the two in the act to the left of the mansion on estate. Needless to say I blasted both with the shotty. Sad thing is, well at least for those kids is I actually still won the map. Saying I was overjoyed with triumph would be an understatement.

Encountered my first wall hacker today (PC version)...

Got nuked shortly thereafter...

Question: If I bought the PC version of this game at Target, can I go to Gamestop and exchange it for XBOX version? I'd go right now but its 11 at night....

No Gamestop doesn't accept PC games as trade ins anymore. Most don't even sell pc games in stores besides the big name ones (WoW, Sims, etc).

Probably would have to end up using a team mate as a streak killer person during an entire match to prevent that from occurring. All they would do during a match is to just go after anyone once they get around 18-20 kills in a row to stop a nuke.

Unlocked the ACR yesterday. It's replaced the M4 my new go-to gun. Amazing accuracy, and high enough damage that stopping power isn't essential for it.

Been seeing some people running around with Akimbo 1887s. Looks fun.

Got Akimbo on the Mini Uzi. Fun to play around with but akimbo is hard to get kills with because you have to be real close.

Depends on the gun. I was using Akimbo Vectors and hated it, couldn't it a thing. Akimbo Rafficas though are pretty damn useful.

Yay they finally opened up all the maps for Free for all. Was getting sick of playing the same old 6 maps over and over.

FFA is kinda pointless, IMO. Firefights just don't work in such a manner. However, camping can be the most effective (and fun) when the odds of some idiot walking by is increased by the FFA atmosphere.

Heh, crocodiles camp and no one seems to complain about that.

Anyway, it should be interesting to try out FFA now that any map is up for play. Should be a great case for snipers and their heat vision scope.

I'm 53, stopped playing for 2 days, and probably won't get to play today either.

Camping is really the key to playing some of the maps. No one comes into my house on estate without leaving with a couple rounds of buckshot from my shotty in them. Then in case they do kill me, my tactical insertion in the bathroom makes my revenge kills quick and hilarious.

Mostly learned now, with most maps.

The sentry gun is also my favorite kill streak. Place one or two of those in the right spots(front porch of the estate) and you got 6-8 kills easily.

The Noob Tube is like the Railgun in Quake 2, all you had to do was point near an enemie and they died, no time between shot and hit. I could see that if it was a bullet but a grenade?

Assuming your joining games at the beginning and not middle or end of a match, match wins since it shows your playing the map the way its meant to be played and not just as a way to boost your kill/death stat.

I think the perks and kill streaks in Modern Warfare 1 and 2 sort of "ruined" the team aspect of the game since your going to find a lot of people going for individual stats than team stats. It occurs in almost all FPS games but seems to be a bigger problem in the Modern Warfare series.

Half agree. Score is more important than K/D. It's how you play the game with that record.

I don't have a PS3 or 360, but I have played it and love it, loved and completed MW1.

F'Angel has a group for this game that suggests a clan. I flirted with a 'TPWW' clan tag but that was for only for a few matches. Just putting it out there. For the most part, with the few games I had with some of you it would seem that we are a pretty decent group of players. We all kick ass.

I found the easiest way to get FMJ challenges is 3rd person mode as you can get yourself behind stuff and shoot rather than waiting for people to get behind stuff themselves. I think I was getting like 15 per match.

Went Prestiege about 3 days ago and its killed the game for me now. Losing Ninja pro and the M16 has rendered me absolutely useless.

We should have a tournament to see who is the best out of all of us
