I love Cornette but he is entirely too harsh when it comes to Omega. Jesus. lol

To be fair to Cornette, Omega Superkicked a child and it didn't keep her down and wrestled an inflatable sex doll.... I can see both sides of the Cornette's argument, but if I was as much of a traditionalist as he is I could see why he'd be pissed....

I've heard Omega talk about how the match with the child was at a show attended exclusively by wrestlers and their families at a private event and and he didn't even know it was being recorded. Was just meant to entertain a bunch of people in the business. If that's the case, I think he deserves some slack even from a Cornette-level traditionalist's standpoint.

His real beef is that Omega sent a fake photo to ROH claiming he was injured. Instead he booked himself in a match in Japan when he was booked in ROH first.

The doll and the kid are lesser offenses. Kenny Omega is a liar.

Hitler comment was a exaggeration to prove a point. Not the way I would go with it but it is what it is.

Cornette's brand is based on hating Kenny Omega.

According to the Observer, Jason Jordan didn't find out he was going to be Kurt Angle's son till last week. To help keep everything a secret, Jordan was told by the WWE that American Alphas were about to get a new push on Smackdown.

Also the reason why it was Jordan and not Chad Gable was due to the WWE wanting to play a joke on Angle and his history of dating black women.

There was that angle where Angle (no pun intended) tried to rape Sharmell or whatever that was.

Sharmell molested him. Kurt said so!

He sent the fake photo as a joke between him and delerious but he really was injured. He did not perform at all in japan. He accepted a match of the year award.

He's Jim Cornette. I get why people wouldn't know him considering he hasn't been relevant in almost 2 decades.

I think he meant people are like "who is this omega guy that cornette keeps going on about?"

That said, if a wrestling fan in 2017 knows who Cornette is, they probably know omega.

IMO they may have HEARD of Omega, but they may not have bothered watching him. Cornette going on about him may give people the impetus to check him out. I just think it keeps him MORE in people consciousness. This only helps Kenny Omega.

Just curious, seeing as his Offspring tattoo is there... do they allow for copyrighted/trademarked images on action figures/video games nowadays?

I stopped playing games around SVR08, and action figures, meh, years and years ago though I do sometimes look at them online just out of interest. Things like CM Punk's pepsi tattoo were always left out. His Cobra one too.
