That's right. Jews have had it too good for too long.

Virtue Signalling for the Jews doesn't get you as far in the progressive liberal olympics as Virtue Signalling for everything else :'(

Lol heard a funny Hogan story

After Hogan won the belt at Wrestlemania 9 from Yokozuna, he'd did an interview in Japan for New Japan stating that the WWF Title is a toy and just a stepping stone to the IWGP title. The WWF got wind of this interview which Hogan denied took place.

So they called Dave Meltzer and got a tape of the interview Haha.

While Cody is the ROH World Champion, does anyone else think that he's not "worthy enough" to hold the IWGP Heavyweight Championship?

He's not worthy enough to be the CHW World Chanpion

Also, is the "Fuck the Revival" thing legit disdain for them, or do they just hate them because Cornette likes them?

Bad News Gertner 06-28-2017 08:33 PM

Hogan in the WWF in 1993 has so many ridiculous behind the scenes stuff. Bret talked about it in this book.

Just a friendly running gag the Young Bucks and Bullet Club have. Revival claim they are the best team in the world while the Bucks claim they are instead so its the Bucks/BC way of trash talking the Revival every chance they have.

Revival also claimed Bucks can't be the best since they are in the "minor leagues" while themselves are in the "major league" so they are the real best team.

Vastardikai 06-28-2017 08:43 PM

When I watch the Revival, I don't have to see them do completely illogical horseshit (throwing a guy down who was set up in a Tombstone just because the other half of the Meltzer Driver was broken up), spam a move until it's weak as fuck, or sift through mountains of stupidity to get a few nuggets of gold.

So, they win.

GD 06-28-2017 08:48 PM

I love Talking Smack. Glad to see Daniel and Owens interact.

Also, the easiest way to bury the Bucks in this situation would be like this:

"Oh, who are they?... They sound like a big deal. So, when are they making their WWE debut?... They're not? If they're so great, why don't they?... Is that so?... So what you're saying is, these are a couple of nobodies who are trying to leach off the name of the hottest act in the business today in a vain attempt to make themselves look relevant? These guys are trying to have their cake and eat it, too. They don't want to be in WWE, but want to compare themselves to the best the WWE has to offer. They should stay in their little kiddie pool and keep our names off their lips. Also, tell them I said that they're welcome for the free publicity I just gave them, but don't expect me to give them any ever again."

For those that remember Matt Cappotelli from WWE's Tough Enough III show, he revealed his brain tumor that forced him to retire from wrestling in 2007 came back in a more aggressive form. Hinted at his future outlook not looking good.

Probably. But at the same time, fuck 'em. They're trying to have it both ways. On one hand, they are "too good for WWE." But they are bringing up the WWE's talent quite a bit to prop themselves up (between this AND the New Day thing that they were in on, for some stupid reason.).

The Young Bucks trained Scott Dawson so unless its a resentment thing I'm pretty sure they're cool with one another. Cody seems to be the one really pushing the Fuck the Revival stuff so I dont know, he might have something against them.

Way I see it the Bucks are smart. I'll give you that their matches can be the worst at times but when it comes to marketing themselves to that smark independent crowd they know what draws. I think they'd like to be in WWE but are not going to take a low ball offer when they draw so well in the indies and Japan. If they ever do sign they've got fueds already set with New Day and The Revival which isnt a bad place to start.

According to the Observer, WWE is currently leaning towards Lesnar-Reigns for the Universal title at SummerSlam.

Dave Meltzer did hint later at the possibility of Lesnar-Joe II being considered as a backup due to the effort the WWE has put into building Joe and their current feud.

The only question is what they did change to. It was confirmed to us that a few weeks ago, probably just before the Roman Reigns interview where he said he wanted a shot at the Brock Lesnar vs. Samoa Joe winner, that plans for SummerSlam on 8/20 at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn changed from Lesnar vs. Braun Strowman as the main event to Lesnar vs. Reigns

The rumored big plans they had for Strowman this summer seems to have been dropped or possibly delayed till later in the year. WWE originally had plans of him vs Lesnar at SummerSlam for the Universal title and likely winning the belt off of Lesnar.

drave 06-29-2017 05:11 PM

That's good. Strowman needs a good-steady build rather than a hotshot to defeat vs Lesnar.

I'd like to see "Free Agent John Cena" let him go over in a convincing fashion, thereby cementing him as a very real threat (not that he isn't already).

drave 06-29-2017 05:11 PM

Lesnar v Joe II >>>>>>>>>>> (insert anything here) v Reigns.

The Observer's obituary on Mr. Pogo had a Wacky Terry Funk story from back in the day included:
