Tim Lincecum re-signs with the Giants. 2 years, $35 million.

Damn. I know he loves the west coast so it was always a stretch but he was on my Mets wish list.

ClockShot 10-22-2013 08:44 PM

So much for my dream of Tim Lincecum, Yankees closer.

Atleast it's cheap and short for the Giants if sorta kinda starts going downhill. Smart move, Sabean

SlickyTrickyDamon 10-23-2013 02:02 PM

Moves should be prohibited until the season is officially over at the end of the World Series.

screech 10-23-2013 04:22 PM

Why?

The Condor 10-23-2013 05:38 PM

Wish I could muster enough "give a shit" for the WS, but my love of baseball can't overcome my revulsion of the Red Sux and my insouciance to the Cards.

Out with bruised ribs caused by the grand slam stealing catch he made.

Kris P Lettus 10-23-2013 10:33 PM

Yeah he snatched one away there

Kris P Lettus 10-23-2013 10:34 PM

Poor Big Papi

OssMan 10-23-2013 11:02 PM

Cardinals RF getting fucked up

SlickyTrickyDamon 10-24-2013 12:27 AM

Red Sox win! Any word on Beltran? Heard he had to be hospitalized.

Emperor Smeat 10-24-2013 12:28 AM

:D Red Sox take Game 1

SlickyTrickyDamon 10-25-2013 12:26 AM

Cardinals take game 2. Sox gave it away with those two errors on the same play.

Emperor Smeat 10-25-2013 12:27 AM

 Breslow.

Wasn't expecting much because of the Wacha matchup but Breslow stunk coming in for Lackey.

screech 10-25-2013 08:03 AM

Boo

ClockShot 10-25-2013 12:22 PM

Wacha Wacha Wacha.

Fozzy Bear must have been proud.

ClockShot 10-25-2013 01:04 PM

Nationals hire Matt Williams as manager.

screech 10-25-2013 02:09 PM

Nice. Big fan of Matt Williams.

DaveWadding 10-25-2013 04:14 PM

Beltran 3030

SlickyTrickyDamon 10-27-2013 01:07 AM

Bullshit call the fielder was out of the base-path

screech 10-27-2013 01:08 AM

<s>One of the worst calls I've ever seen.</s>

Probably not, just mad right now.

Eff.

RoXer 10-27-2013 01:10 AM

No it wasn't

Frank Drebin 10-27-2013 01:10 AM

Took balls to call that but it was probably the right call

Evil Vito 10-27-2013 01:10 AM

<font color=goldenrod>That's on Salty. Never should have come to that. Absolutely pointless throw to third. Wasn't going to get him anyway.</font>

Emperor Smeat 10-27-2013 01:11 AM

Wow. 2nd game in a row the Red Sox lose because of a screw up from home.

Salty should have just kept that ball instead of being like Breslow last time.

screech 10-27-2013 01:24 AM

I get that intent doesn't matter with obstruction, but was Middlebrooks supposed to not go for the ball and let it sail by him?

RoXer 10-27-2013 01:26 AM

The problem was when he kicked him with his feet from his belly

screech 10-27-2013 01:26 AM

Will probably read my posts tomorrow and realize I was just being mad and not thinking clearly.

SlickyTrickyDamon 10-27-2013 01:39 AM

Maybe, but he was still out of the base-path he was on the grass. If Middlebrooks wasn't there he would have reached the fucking pitcher mound.

RoXer 10-27-2013 01:43 AM

Oh yeah?

SlickyTrickyDamon 10-27-2013 02:04 AM

He also never touched home.

RoXer 10-27-2013 02:09 AM

He didn't have to

If he makes a good throw that Middlebrooks don't have to reach towards 2nd to grab, he gets him.

SlickyTrickyDamon 10-27-2013 11:38 PM

This is what the Sox should have done last night: kept Felix Dubront in the game. He was dominating them.

SlickyTrickyDamon 10-28-2013 12:17 AM

He just tried to tag him without the ball obstruction!

SlickyTrickyDamon 10-28-2013 12:52 AM

We'll see you in Boston fuckers.

Evil Vito 10-28-2013 12:54 AM

<font color=goldenrod>As much as I don't care for either of these teams, these last three World Series games have been great.</font>
