Ryan Clark botches YET AGAIN:

Clark reported that Kurt Angle opened a health food cafe in Pittsburgh. That much is correct, but Clark in his infinite no-fact-checkingness put the address of the corporate office instead of the restaraunt.

PorkSoda 08-20-2012 07:51 PM

So is there no Raw thread for tonight?

Or "Hell" turn, if you will. Pun obviously intended.

Do ROH fans bump bellies instead of high 5 each other?

I figured they would because their arms are too fat to lift.

Shisen Kopf 08-20-2012 08:50 PM

ROH fans can barely move so I'd say no

Gertner 08-20-2012 08:52 PM

Unless there's a All You Can Eat sign.

Shisen Kopf 08-20-2012 08:54 PM

I heard ROH has a tag team called Buffet Bob and Lasagna Larry. I don't know bc I don't watch that low budget crap.

DLVH84 08-20-2012 08:58 PM

I was at the shows in Atlanta's Center Stage last year and to my recollection, the fans both nights varied, so to my recollection, I'd say no.

Gertner 08-20-2012 08:59 PM

I heard the they have a halftime show based on Hungry Hungry Hippos where 4 of their fans lay on their guts in the middle of the rings and try to eat as many balls of bacon fat rolling in the ring.

I never saw that happen those two nights. It must've been after.

Shisen Kopf 08-20-2012 09:03 PM

Owen Hart pulled the chord early so he'd never have to rassle in ROH after he got future endeavored.

2) Punk saying "Do you really think you can defeat me, boyee?"

3) ... would be funnier if this were Daniel Bryan.

That dude got into a Yes/No battle with Bryan at Summerslam. Surprised it isn't a gif already.

Lock Jaw 08-21-2012 09:21 AM

I know they don't do guest hosts anymore, but they need The Muppets to come back.

Just so we can get a Damien Sandow/Sam the Eagle segment.

Corporate CockSnogger 08-21-2012 09:33 AM

I'd happily have The Muppets become a full time part of wrestling.

FEED HIM MORE

Ermaximus 08-21-2012 10:44 AM

He should eat the guy next to him first.

EDIT: Is that Kris P?

GD 08-21-2012 11:28 AM

My old WWE DVDs look HORRIBLE on my TV and laptop. But matches from the non-HD era look exceptionally well on Blu-Ray releases and digital.

GD 08-21-2012 01:33 PM

How was RAW last night? I was ridiculously tired so I didn't watch it. I read the results but was there anything peculiar?

Not one by my count.

Ermaximus 08-21-2012 01:38 PM

So Dominic Monhagan is next weeks Raw Social Media person. Wonder if we can get him to get #NotCenasBoat trending worldwide.

Might have to actually watch Raw and use the Twitter machine at the same time for once. Can't pass up tweeting this guy.

Corporate CockSnogger 08-21-2012 02:44 PM

What have these guest tweeters actually been doing? Just the same as Charlie Sheen did at the 1,000th episode and just appear on screen a few times for like a minute and talk about wrestling as if they know what they're talking about?

Emperor Smeat 08-21-2012 02:57 PM

Just tweet their reactions as the show goes on. I think they care more about the ambassador's followers tweeting back so they can then claim on another "Did You Know" segment they are still #1 in social media for a given show. The whole Tyson vs CNN guy Twitter feud last night wasn't anything special but all those followers tweeting back means the WWE can claim a lot of the trending stuff.

Sheen alone had 3-4x more followers than the WWE's own Twitter account.
