Give 'Em Hell Malone - 2/10

Oh god, this was awful.

D Mac 02-01-2010 04:26 AM

Push 5/10

Not enough action in it.

All About Steve - 72.65%

It was enjoyable for what it is. Had some laugh out loud moments.

Got a chocie of Daybreakers, Book of Eli or Edge of Darkness next. Not sure which I'm going to go for.

The Big Lebowski - 7/10.

Surrogates - 6/10.

JCVD - 5/10.

12 Rounds - 2/10. I got into it for about 30 seconds. This movie could have been over in the first 30 minutes. Stupid movie cliche's....

Porky's - 9/10

Had heard of this as an 'old American Pie type film' for years. Finally got around to watching it, really enjoyed it. I'd definitely say it was better than American Pie.

Are the sequels any good?

Horton hears a Who - 7/10

I'm a huge Dr. Suess fan and I really liked this. Way better than the live action Suess movies

Jeritron 02-03-2010 02:53 AM

I feel like they could make a good Dr. Suess movie in that style, doing 3 or 4 of the shorter stories.
Like 3 different Suess stories, all featuring celebrity voices. Maybe with different types of animation too. Some CG, and some traditional

The Mackem 02-03-2010 02:59 AM

Book of Eli - 84.08%

Really enjoyed it. Big fan of post apocalyptic films.

Zooey Deschanel
Joseph Gordon-Levitt

Loose Cannon 02-05-2010 01:17 AM

yea, it was pretty good. I'm not a fan of the romances, but it was ok. I don't think I rated it yet, so 8/10

Taking Woodstock: 7/10. It dragged a lot and I lost interest abut an hour and a half though. but I thought they did a good job showing how big it really was

Deathrace: 8.5/10: awesome movie. Didn't expect it to be as good as it was. Loved the concept

Law Abiding Citizen: 9.5/10: Fucking unreal. I kind of was cheering on Butler's character through this whole thing. I loved his pyscology and how he just outsmarted everyone. Amazing how he planned everything out

Gamer: 5/10: meh, kind of boring. The concept was pretty clever, but it just was real cheesy

Wasn't the concept of both of these movies the exact same, only one with cars and the other with video games?

Either way, Running Man did it first.

Loose Cannon 02-05-2010 04:03 PM

LOL exactly what I thought last night watching Gamer. I saw Deathrace like two days before. I thought Deathrace did it better. Gamer was just all over the place and fell asleep. Never saw Running man

Loose Cannon 02-05-2010 04:05 PM

I mean literally last night I was like "this is exaclty like Deathrace only without cars"

Over hyped bollocks, it wasn't a bad movie, just not a great movie

CSL 02-05-2010 09:17 PM

Youth In Revolt - 7/10

Nice film that's genuinely funny. Wasn't really a fan of the last 20 minutes though. Excellent cast. Needed more Galafianakis.

Champion of Europa 02-06-2010 03:33 AM

The Vicious Kind - 8.5/10

Really really loved this. Every character felt really fully realized. Its like you were kinda dropped into their world and got to see everything go down. Adam Scott was amazing.

McLegend 02-06-2010 07:19 PM

Ghost Rider 6/10

PorkSoda 02-06-2010 10:18 PM

A History of Violence - 6/10.

Sherlock Holmes - 7/10. This was really confusing because of the accents they used. But had good action scenes. And I believe I saw Kurrgan from The Truth Commission/Oddities in this....

Downunder 02-07-2010 12:01 AM

Daybreakers.

8/10 - Sam Neil, Willem Defoem - pretty hard to go wrong there.

Downunder 02-07-2010 12:02 AM

Halloween 2 (Rob Zombie remake)

4/10 - better than the first remake he did.

Gonzo 02-07-2010 10:26 AM

Carlito's Way 8/10

It was just hard to follow. I was watching this shitty movie one time called Harry Potter, and I had absolutley no idea what they were talking about because they spoke too fast, they used some weird English accent, and the people were just complete faggots. Sherlock Holmes was just hard to follow and sort of sounded like the accents they used in Harry Potter. I can't believe that I put Harry Potter and Sherlock Holmes in the same sentence and sort of compared the two. I deserve to be shot.

Walk The Line - 10/10.
