Reminds me of this one thought I had about Dolph Ziggler and Zack Ryder forming a group where they had this attitude that they were better looking and better dressed than everyone else and were really cocky and arrogant. Ryder wasn't goofy anymore but had a mean streak to him and was more aggressive. Ziggler wasn't so much of a show-off but more so smug like a CM Punk.

I'm hoping (against logic & reason) that Layla & Summer stick with Ryder and they make something out of it. Even a month's programme between him and Fandango, rather than Fandango vs. Layla & Summer featuring Random Fandango Opponent.

Just listened to it. The whole situation with Ryder makes me sad. The guy got himself pretty over in a really unique way, did all the legwork for WWE and then they pummelled him.

I credit him for the social media launch of WWE, really. He was all over youtube, twitter, etc. LONG before they had their stupid #trending buzzwords pasted in the upper left corner.

I absolutely think he showed them the "power of social media". I'm not saying he should ever have been a Main Eventer or competing for top titles, but a perennial mdcarder in the mix for the US/IC belts, for sure. Never wrapped my head around the fact they never did a programme between Zack "Social Media Superstar" Ryder and Damien "Intellectual Savior of the Unwashed Masses" Sandow. Those two characters just seemed like natural rivals.

WWE's been officially hit with a lawsuit in regards to claims of purposely misleading investors on a variety of issues. Dirtsheets had hinted a few times it was going to be inevitable due to the firm in charge gathering a lot of info from their investigations.

The recent lower than expected tv deal ended up being the basis for the lawsuit.

I don't think they knowingly knew they were going to get a low-ball deal. They had alot of steam with the Network and the stock price was way up. They tried to strike when the iron was hot and failed.

I do. Also when he beat Barrett for the Intercontinental Championship at Capitol Punishment in 2011.

Wonder if they'll do anything special with either the 8/22 or 8/29 SD! to mark 15 years since the first official episode.

As a lot of you know, however, although late this April marked 15 years since the pilot, that particular occasion did not seem to be mentioned. Would be nice to at least have a few clips from the 8/26/99 show.
