I was thinking it was her name

Also, I think it's great that every year without fail, The Rock cosplayer is always there doing the exact same pose.

LOL @ Jack Swagger's house show attire

A lot of people dressed up as empty chairs for Swagger's homecoming.

i have a very serious question. I know there are a few aspiring pro wrestlers on here and i am wanting to start training. i really need advice on do's and don'ts , a good workout routine and wrestling school basics. Anyone willing to help me out here?

RP 12-04-2016 03:33 PM

You have to start in Backyard Wrestling. That's where you learn the basics.

A.J.K 12-04-2016 03:39 PM

I remembered that i have a friend who is in contact with Impact Pro Wrestling, i am going to see if he can help me out a bit, he did some training with Austin Aries. I want to have all the help i can get

Droford 12-04-2016 04:05 PM

You don't start out training with the greatest man that ever lived

Vastardikai 12-04-2016 04:11 PM

Seriously, find a reputable school. I'd go with Booker T and Stevie Ray's or Storm's school. Rick Baseman is a nice option, as well.

Local Indy Feds sometimes have schools, but be wary.

SlickyTrickyDamon 12-04-2016 04:31 PM

Does Taz still have his school? It was more of an advanced class training though. It was a finishing school.

Rammsteinmad 12-04-2016 05:15 PM

Yeah, find a decent school, avoid back yarders. Try to turn up in shape, but everyone is generally different anyway and you'll eventually develop the conditioning you need... unless you decide it's not for you. Just be respectful and willing to work hard.

RP 12-04-2016 05:21 PM

You just need knee pads, a tarp, lots of rope, a few trash cans and a friend with a backyard and you can start training right away.

RP 12-04-2016 05:22 PM

Ref Evan Douglas didnt get to where he is now by spending a fuckton of money to be trained by some idiot like Booker T.

A.J.K 12-04-2016 06:34 PM

seth rollins's school or impact pro are the closest schools near me, i live in Iowa

Based on translations, Tajiri recemtly revealed he's returning to the WWE as a full-time wrestler by early 2017.

Quote:

“I gave you OK because I got OK from Regal GM yesterday’s NXT Osaka performance “I can announce it from tomorrow”. I will return to WWE early next year. 12/27 Kanemura Retirement box office will be the last game in Japan, and acupuncture activity will end in Japan this month. Thank you very much, everyone for 10 years! It is!”

Lock Jaw 12-04-2016 07:04 PM

 Tajiri

Hope he doesn't just go onto the Cruiserweight show.... he is better than that....

Mr. Nerfect 12-04-2016 08:17 PM

I'd like to see Tajiri stretching rookies in NXT.

Juan 12-04-2016 09:09 PM

Pretty sure he's been in the promos for 205 Live

Mr. Nerfect 12-04-2016 09:10 PM

Yeah, he has been.

What did you guys think of the debut of Evan Douglas? I don't know how many here watched it, but do you think he will do well for himself? Will he boom or will he bust?

I think Evan Douglas has serious potential. I love the angle written for him where he is a referee-gone-wrestler. I don't recall if WWE ever done something like that, but it feels like a really creative storyline.

I hope they keep calling him "Ref Evan Douglas" even as he wrestles.

Whats everyones though on this?

This is a wrestling forum. Of course we all watched.

I'm sure Mojo will be fired soon. He's so fucking horrible its not even laughable anymore

#1-norm-fan 12-05-2016 05:19 PM

I haven't seen a LOT of Mojo but from what I have seen it seems like he could probably play an annoying douchebag heel pretty well.

Mr. Nerfect 12-05-2016 06:33 PM

Yeah, I'm pretty sure ya'll going to be disappointed when Mojo Rawley is pushed as the next John Cena.

Wishbone 12-05-2016 07:11 PM

I mean he's such a nice guy from what we've seen of him "backstage." I really want to like the dude, but he just... I mean I don't even know what the hell he's trying to do sometimes. >_<

Wacky Daniel Bryan story from back in the day:

Quote:

"He used to do a thing where, like, he'll come up behind a guy and grab you by the hips and he's like, 'I'm dominating you! I'm dominating you!' Like, just holding your hips, but he would really latch onto your hips," Ryback started.

"So one day I'm walking and we're in Dallas [Texas]. I'll never forget it, Pat Patterson, is, like, standing against the wall. Daniel Bryan comes up and I don't see Pat because I'm walking and Pat's down a little [farther]. And Dan comes up behind me and grabs me by the hips and he goes, 'I got you!' And he did this to me all the time. And there [are] times when I'm like, 'get the fuck off' and other times I go along with it. So this time, like, I was in a good mood, and so I start giddying up down the hallway with him on my hips. Like, legitimately, slap the ass, giddy up, like, we go right by Pat Patterson and we get passed and we look and we stop and we both thought the same thing and looked."

Ryback concluded, "And Pat's just staring at both of us. And I turn around and laugh. I couldn't stop myself from laughing and I was thinking, 'for all the moments for that to fucking happen,' but Dan probably saw Pat from a distance and thought, 'oh, this will be fucking money'. He's good like that, so that to this day is one of my favorite moments with Dan."
