I spoke to soon. A proper sendoff sure. But let's be honest here, Hogan probably shouldn't be getting in the ring. The battle royal? A stellar idea actually. Assuming he loses and is the final participant eliminated.

If it was a battle royale, he'd pretty much be guaranteed to win it and probably be the only guy who can't get tossed outside because of medical reasons. Was the main reason why the Iron Sheik won the Gimmick Battle Royale at a Mania.

Not sure if his hip could actually withstand the impact of being tossed outside.

Why does every major main eventer always need to have a "proper sendoff"? Hogan's had his career, he's made his money (and his fair share of mistakes), he's had his moments in the spotlight, and he's done. He had his big return against the Rock at Wrestlemania 18 and has made sporadic appearances over the years. He's also been, on numerous occasions, ousted as a legit asshole backstage, a racist, and an all-round selfish bastard, but ultimately, what more do people think someone like Hogan should be entitled to?

Don't really care though, I guess. If people think he is entitled to anything, doesn't really have any bearing on my life.

I don't see the harm in bringing him back and letting waltz out there every so often. No interest in watching try and wrestle.
