Jesus, I was so scared but the Giants gave me a win in the end.

Pats up 17-0 at halftime.

I know but then I'd also have to throw in San Francisco and St. Louis. Anyway, I won all my 1:00 games except Carolina/Minnesota and all of my 4:00 teams are winning right now so it could be my lucky week.

What has St. Louis done at this point of time to make them one of the worst teams in the NFL?

Crippla 09-17-2006 06:50 PM

Nothing. They've actually looked pretty good but I still have some doubts.

Mr. Monday Morning 09-17-2006 06:50 PM

San Fran are on the right track too.

RoXer 09-17-2006 08:44 PM

lol David Akers

Skippord 09-17-2006 08:48 PM

Well that was the most boring Broncos game I have ever seen

RoXer 09-17-2006 09:11 PM

Dear NBC:

Please get rid of Pink's version of the Sunday Night Football theme song. Better yet, have a theme song that doesn't have any words. Thank you.

I don't know when you posted this, but St. Louis lost to San Francisco today.

Crippla 09-17-2006 11:10 PM

I can't believe they lost to San Fran, I take back what I said about them. They gave me a loss.

Skippord 09-17-2006 11:12 PM

That means the Broncos lost to the 49ers vicariously

Crippla 09-17-2006 11:17 PM

Who won the Denver/KC game, BTW?

Skippord 09-17-2006 11:48 PM

Denver 9-6 in OT

OssMan 09-18-2006 12:27 AM

Hail, to the Redskins
Hail, victory

Nervous Ferret 09-18-2006 12:37 AM

God the Giants winning pisses me off more than the Jets losing

should have never happened, same deal as when the Giants beat Denver last year, they just went out to lunch for the last 5 minutes

Nervous Ferret 09-18-2006 12:39 AM

also  @ Cothery. I've been waiting for him to "break out" for like years now

I didn't actually expect the Jets to win, but in a way I did. I dunno, Pats will def win AFC East ccuse the Dolphins suck, but maybe te Jets will get a wild card. The night is young.

Jesus Shuttlesworth 09-18-2006 12:40 AM

Jets aren't in 1st place

Jesus Shuttlesworth 09-18-2006 12:40 AM

haha fuck you, you edited that quick you sick fuck

Nervous Ferret 09-18-2006 12:42 AM

suck it hobag

Crippla 09-18-2006 12:46 AM

The Patriots still shouldn't have let the Jets almost come back though and the field goal block was just ridiculus.

Remember when football didn't have these corny musical intros? Now you have to sit through Pink and Hank Williams Jr. for five minutes before the game can even start.

DrA 09-18-2006 12:51 AM

Not a good sign when it takes five defenders to take someone down.

Nervous Ferret 09-18-2006 12:51 AM

the blocked field goal was weird, I totally "felt" it coming or watever, not the first time that has happened to me on a blocked field goal.

Jesus Shuttlesworth 09-18-2006 12:58 AM

Yeah definetly not a good sign seeing a QB getting swarmed and sacked

Skippord 09-18-2006 01:31 AM

Holy shit 5 guys on a sack

Supreme Olajuwon 09-18-2006 02:17 AM

LOL KELLeY! I thought i was watching one of those NFL network commercials where they are having the dance contest... that was great.

Kris P Lettus 09-18-2006 03:22 AM

AWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW

RoXer 09-18-2006 01:07 PM

Nah their pregame isn't that bad. The Pink theme song is terrible.

Kris P Lettus 09-18-2006 01:30 PM

Yes it is.. Horrid play by play on the highlights.. The clips come at random times like the director isn't even watching the live show.. Not enough time is spent on the actual game footage.. Too much time is spent selling products.. "Now for the Summer's Eve Play of The Hour.." That teleprompter touch screen is whack as fuck.. As I said earlier they don't spend near enough time on acutal highlights in that they seem rushed.. But they spend too much time of gimmicky shit to make them seem different..

I dunno..

I miss Berman and Tom "Man Hands" Jackson doing NFL Primetime..

D Mac 09-18-2006 03:13 PM

FIRE HERM EDWARDS

Kris P Lettus 09-18-2006 03:16 PM

Atleast he doesn't cry after every game..

D Mac 09-18-2006 03:22 PM

No, I do that now. :'(

Well calm down, it's been 2 weeks. Christ.

Kris P Lettus 09-18-2006 05:09 PM

Only 13% of teams that started 0-2 have made it to the playoffs since 1990..
