Yes. That was the step I missed off the end.

I don’t see them releasing too many women, but Nikki Ash is in her “heel Eugene” stage of her gimmick. And Doudrop had her chance and it kind of sucked.
|
Oh snap they brought back the interview platform from the early 90s

Needs more Mean Gene (RIP)

If Austin Theory kicks a basketball out of a young black child’s hands then I am all in.

How do you think The Million Dollar Corporation--the preeminent heel stable of the New Generation--would fair on current RAW. I feel like their win percentage of 0.000006% would improve.
|
A stable with 5 WWE Hall of Famers, plus Sid, Bam Bam Bigelow, and King Kong Bundy.
Sounds like a jobber stable to me |
We should watch Bundy versus Taker on the Watchalong so we can all feel better about the worst things we've ever done professionally.
|
Also how the funkasaurus are Sid, Bam Bam, and Bundy not Hall of Famers
|
Sid would no-show his own induction.
|
Not necessarily. HOF induction ceremony is usually late March/early April.

Sid, Bam Bam, and Bundy all main evented a Wrestlemania. I wonder how many retired wrestlers who main evented a Wrestlemania are not in the Hall of Fame.

Alexa Bliss, so hot

Elite company, no doubt. |
Sid main evented multiple Wrestlemanias!

Excellent idea. Opening arguments coming soon!

Lol didn’t even realize that Raw was in Hartford. Glad I didn’t go. Sounds like I would’ve been bored to tears.
|
Just read an article that after 4 weeks of vignettes on SmackDown, Lacey Evans is going to re-debut on Raw. As a heel. :wtf:
|
Starting the show with Bobbles and Omos in a steel cage match
That’s pretty sports entertaining |
Lol they had a "Countdown to Cody" graphic literally counting down the hours and minutes to his segment.
I'm happy the guy is getting to enjoy the star babyface reactions he's wanted for well over a year now. But if his presentation remains this way I'd guess he starts hearing boos again within 2 months once he's viewed as being "shoved down our throats". |
Wrestling struggles so much with striking the right chord. AEW included, as per Cody's reactions there.
I get that because wrestling's roots are in pantomime, subtlety has never been a strength. But my god. Maybe learn some subtlety. That goes for promoters and wrestlers alike. |
Yes! That got a little chuckle out of me every time it popped up. I can think of a couple of people that would (rightly) be giving AEW shit for that if they’d have done something similar. It’s very heel-like shenanigans like a RNN update or something similar.

|
So RAW was on last night I guess???
|
Yeah we have a thread over at SPWW. 73 pages last night.
|
I never got the invite :(
Will stay here with the dumbs :( |
Raw had everything: intriguing stories paying off, captivating characters, strong, believable promos, shocking heel turns, exciting cliffhangers, new stars rising up the card in an organic and realistic way.
Wait, sorry, I was watching a Raw from 2000 on Peacock. |
I caught the replay of the Lynch v Asuka match but was confused.
The replay showed Asuka roll into the ring to beat the 10 count, and then lying there to take the pin. |
That’s exactly what happened. Why are you confused?
