Breaking news: entire 49ers offense injured on same play

http://www.theonion.com/content/file...-R.article.jpg

Crippla 09-29-2006 03:21 PM

The 49ers offense would be just as useful injured as they would active...

Jesus Shuttlesworth 09-29-2006 04:13 PM

Chad Johnson said he was going to knock Harrison's helmet off, Harrison replied that it is a lot like the Freddie Mitchell thing that happened a few years ago except Freddie Mitchell has actaully played in a Superbowl. Harrison then said if Chad does knock his helmet off he'll retire lol

Got a feeling the Patriots are going to lose though :(

"Tell Ashante that I am gonna turn him around so bad that his number 22 is gonna look like a number 55" - Chad Johnson

Crippla 09-29-2006 04:19 PM

I believe there is a curse when you talk shit to Rodney Harrison before a game.

Supreme Olajuwon 09-29-2006 04:21 PM

Belichek's response to Chad was hilarious. "Well, we would cover him one on one the whole game except he pushes off more than anyone in the league."

Crippla 09-29-2006 04:23 PM

Yeah, after the Pats lost last week, I'm not sure I would take them against Cinci. I think I'm gonna make a poll.

Supreme Olajuwon 09-29-2006 04:24 PM

It should be a good game at least. I think the Bengals have a good chance of winning but I wouldn't say it's a lock. Vegas put the Bengals at -6 though which is ridiculous. The teams are much more evenly matched than that.

Jesus Shuttlesworth 09-29-2006 06:20 PM

Belichek said when he had Johnson do a predraft work out at USC he showed up on the campus with a Oregon State flag on his car. That's hilarious

I totally agree with this btw. I still picked the Bengals, cause i hate New Enlgland, but i have a feeling i'll be wrong.

( Patriot post to come soon. )

Crippla 09-30-2006 09:25 PM

I ended up taking NE mainly because of the whole Chad Johnson thing. I also think the Pats will pull out an upset and they will have a great game defensively if they can get to Palmer.

Jesus Shuttlesworth 09-30-2006 11:42 PM

I dunno I think the Patriots are gonna lose personally, we'll see

Crippla 10-01-2006 12:19 AM

Yeah, I think the 2 possibilities are the Pats get blown out by Cinci or they play a close game and make a comeback in the 2nd half but I have a lot of confidence in our defense for this game.

Mr. Monday Morning 10-01-2006 06:49 AM

Palmer has been getting beat up a lot the last couple weeks but has still come through...I dunno man if Dillon and Maroney get going they could maybe carry the Pats by themselves at this point.

Crippla 10-01-2006 06:52 AM

Yeah because we def ain't gonna do it with passing.

Supreme Olajuwon 10-01-2006 12:32 PM

Yeah Dillon should be pumped since this is his first game in Cincy as a Pat. He'll probably have a big day but I dunno the Pats looks like they might have problems on D if Hobbs and Wilson are both out. I didn't know you guys had Artrelle Hawkins on your team lol. He used to drive me nuts when he was a Bengal.

Mr. Monday Morning 10-01-2006 03:06 PM

I'm thinking Leinart just might be starting sooner rather than later. Like, the next Cards game, maybe.

Also wtf @ the Jets holding the Colts right now. Should be ahead if Chad didn't blooper one for an INT from like 2 yards out.

Saints are playing hard too.

Mr. Monday Morning 10-01-2006 04:04 PM

Schottenheimer beats himself again

RP 10-01-2006 04:28 PM

LOL@ Bengals off the field.

OssMan 10-01-2006 07:34 PM

stupid redskins!!!!

Shadow 10-01-2006 09:42 PM

Dude....the Skins won. What're you complaining about?

DrA 10-01-2006 09:58 PM

Maybe he doesn't like the Redskins?

Just a shot in the dark there.

UmbrellaCorporation 10-01-2006 10:13 PM

Ugh.

I can see why people think the Bears are a force to be reckoned with (and they're showing that tonight), but I hate them even more now for one upping Seattle.

Joey Slugs 10-01-2006 11:35 PM

All I can say is ---> !

UmbrellaCorporation 10-01-2006 11:40 PM

Alright, after that game, I've really gotta give the Bears some respect. I don't like them at all, but that game was brutal. :y:

Kris P Lettus 10-02-2006 12:01 AM

The game today made me sad..

We still looked aiight, but our D gave up late in the forth..

Oh well, it's not like I've never seen the Saints lose before..

Like half way throught the third quarter, CBS switched to, as they said "a more entertaining game" in the Skins/Jags game..

lol

D Mac 10-02-2006 01:11 AM

Chiefs better win like this from now on.

Skippord 10-02-2006 01:31 AM

lol they smacked the 49ers up

Triple A 10-02-2006 02:02 AM

Jets game was the most heartbreaking thing ever.

BCWWF 10-02-2006 02:43 AM

Brad Smith.

Anyway, Bears apparently do have an offense. If tonight was legit, they should easily be the top NFC team, you think?

I'd rather lose by 3 on a late drive dunno where you're coming from

Triple A 10-02-2006 04:04 PM

Me too.

Fenix122 10-02-2006 05:28 PM

Go Packers!!! :y: :shifty:

road doggy dogg 10-02-2006 05:39 PM

Anyone who says the Bears aren't the best team in the NFC is retarded. They're basically the exact same team as last year with a better offense.

road doggy dogg 10-02-2006 05:39 PM

PS the Bears are gay.

Supreme Olajuwon 10-02-2006 05:50 PM

the Patriots made the Bengals their bitches yesterday goddamn

I am a Saints fan..

They have been ripping defeat from the jaws of victory for 42 years..

I'd rather get swacked in the first half than to see them run a TD miracle hook and ladder play with no time left, only to miss the PAT..

Once again, I am a Saints fan..

Jesus Shuttlesworth 10-03-2006 12:04 AM

I heard he actaully changed how he pronoucned it for his heisman campaign, I dunno if that is true or not.

Supreme Olajuwon 10-03-2006 12:06 AM

If you need a gimmick to win the Heisman at Notre Dame you shouldn't be winning it anyways.

NerF's dad is right. His last name is actually pronounced "ThEEseman". Notre Dame got him to change the pronounciation in order to fit in with a campaign for the Heisman Trophy.

BCWWF 10-03-2006 12:55 AM

Lol @ a gimmick

OssMan 10-03-2006 01:18 AM

That guy is easily the biggest retard ever, he gave a running back a good stick like 10 yards down field then started talking shit to him. Makes sense

BCWWF 10-04-2006 10:05 PM

Koren Robinson sentenced to 90 days in jail

Chester Taylor averaging 3.5 points per game

Kris P Lettus 10-05-2006 11:58 AM

90 days AFTER THE SEASON..

Must be nice to be rich..

road doggy dogg 10-05-2006 12:03 PM

Yeah 90 days jail time, but he can serve it any time before March. The law is so retarded, like jail is just some leisurely thing you can do w/e you feel like it apparently.

Kris P Lettus 10-05-2006 12:16 PM

When you are rich..

Jesus Shuttlesworth 10-05-2006 05:23 PM

Yeah I dunno how that can even work. Like what if some normal dude tried to push it back? Must be like like a "judgement call" by the judge or something, otherwise it'd be happening all the time.

OssMan 10-07-2006 09:43 AM

going to new york for giants right now WOOOO

I hope they lose so people will shut up about them being the best team in the NFL this year.

Also, there is not a worse feeling in the world than waking up at 2:30pm on a Saturday/Sunday during football season and missing all of the noon games. Fuck.

Come on, bro..

I'm happy for the Bears because I've been a fan of the 46 a long time, but don't gank my shit..

Anyway, my prediction was wrong about the score but right about the win and the Bush TD.. I just didn't think it'd happen on a punt..

DALLAS LETS GO!

Triple A 10-08-2006 05:00 PM

This game is a fucking nightmare right now. 28-0

Nothing going the Jets way.

They called a penalty on a punt, which led to a re-punt, which led to a blocked punt and a TD.

Now they just called a retarded roughing the passer penalty on Vilma on 3rd and goal, and they ended up scoring another TD from that. Hilarious.

Kris P Lettus 10-08-2006 05:02 PM

That game is on but I'm watching T.O.D. Bowl 2006..
