Ha!

1. New Day ROCKs.
2. Why wouldn't he want to join 3 over as rover African American wrestlers?
3. Already has a feud with Rusev.

#1-norm-fan 03-23-2016 12:56 AM

New Day was fucking abysmal on Raw.

There's not enough to between now and WrestleMania for the smark crowd to fall out of love with them so they'll get the expected reaction. Feel like it's all downhill from there though. They're in WWE-style silly babyface mode now. All bad.

Lock Jaw 03-23-2016 01:00 AM

Feel like they are the exact same except without insulting the local sports team/city. Otherwise same type of content/humour, just vs. heels instead of faces.

The more the writers get their hands on their shit, the worse off they'll be. BUT in saying that, you do have three incredibly savvy guys who are probably pretty into the idea of keeping their spots now and I hope I hope I hope they decide to do some politicking. Honestly, I feel like a lot of these youngsters are afraid to politic, but you DO NEED to protect your spot. It clearly helped the shield as all of them are still featured heavily (regardless if you fully agree with their direction) on television.

If all of a sudden 2 weeks after mania, Vince says "Big E, we need you to job to Demon Kane" he needs to say "nah...". At the end of the day, while I get the WWE is the big leagues, these guys can make good money elsewhere and need to start backing themselves.

Disliked the recent RAW episode. Wrestlemania doesn't feel that "grand" this year.

Next week Kurt Angle returns to save Mania.

Mouthguard serious business Kurt Angle ONLY!!!

A Dean Ambrose/Perry Saturn segment with Moppy would be awesome.

I doubt most of todays audience will understand it though.

So what are the forums thoughts about Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn being dropped in midcard hell whilst Ryback and Kallisto will be having a singles match?

If it's a ladder match, then fuck yeah. Want as many talented dudes as possible in there and I'd rather they dropped Sin Cara and Ryder for AJ and Jericho. Individual feuds can be sorted at Extreme Rules, but I'd rather have a clusterfuck.

No thoughts on Ryback V Kalisto. Would rather Kalisto be in the ladder match, but it just looks like a boring match.

Lock Jaw 03-23-2016 12:55 PM

Please refer to this post from my RAW thread for my thoughts:

WHAT

It is like they are intentionally doing the worst things possible....

So, instead of having Kevin Owens vs. Sami Zayn in a one on one blood feud type match.... they are now both stuck into a multi-man ladder match.

Meanwhile Kallisto gets the one on one match spot against Ryback. Kallisto, the guy who you would think would be the one to fit right in defending his title in a multi-man ladder match if they wanted one.

This seems totally ass backwards to me.

Kallisto really "started to break out" in a ladder match, winning that OMG Moment Slammy.... why would you not put him in the ladder match.....

Big Vic 03-23-2016 01:02 PM

Why waste a big one on one match at mania when you can have it at Payback?

Ol Dirty Dastard 03-23-2016 01:05 PM

It's true. Payback is the grandaddy of'm all.

Lock Jaw 03-23-2016 01:08 PM

Follow it up with a Dean Malenko / Dean Ambrose segment where he deadpan gives Ambrose a pair of his old trunks to help him out against Brock somehow. From that point on Ambrose wears the same pair of Malenko's trunks every week.

Awesome couple of late 1995 WWF Did You Know that I heard today.

Did you know in late 1995, Sunny was supposed to break away from the Bodydonnas and manage HHH.

Did you know in 1995 there were talks of Brother Love having a sister called Sister Love.
The two names there were linked with this gimmick were Beulah from ECW and later Missy Hyatt.

It looks like Undertaker vs. Shane McMahon for control of Raw is going to be the main event of WrestleMania 32.

Braun Strowman is still apparently penciled in to win the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal at WrestleMania 32.

There's apparently been some talk of adding Golden Truth to the Dudley Boyz vs. Usos match at WrestleMania 32.

Here are some excerpts…

On returning to WWE:

Well, for one, I don’t want to go back right now. Two, between 2008 and 2013, I got four DUIs. As a publicly traded company, it doesn’t matter if you’re Kurt Angle, Stone Cold Steve Austin or The Undertaker, when you get involved in that kind of trouble consistently, that’s the last thing they need. So when I did try and go back a year and a half ago, I think they were thinking “Let’s see how he pans out, let’s see if he can stay clean, let’s see if he got his shit together” so I think that’s part of it. I don’t blame them for that. I actually knew ahead of time that they were most likely going to say no. And I knew it was because of my own actions. But being clean now for three years and abiding by what I have to, I know that there will come a time where I will go back.

On why he left WWE in 2006:

There are a lot of reasons. The main reason was the work schedule. I was probably on the road over 300 days a year. I was getting injured quite a bit. I did have a problem with painkillers. When they brought me into ECW, I felt like it was a demotion. Even though it wasn't. I don't think they planned it to be. They didn't mean to, but they set that company up to fail. And I felt like I was part of it ...

On Jason Jordan and Chad Gable:

For me to go back and, if I do go back I’d love to be able to wrestle, but I know I can’t do it full time. I’m 47 years-old. And that’s why those guys would be perfect as my team, like a Team Angle, because they could do the wrestling for me until the big one comes. So it would be kind of cool to have that. I’m not going to say those guys are going to be my guys, but they’re almost ready to come up – if not they are ready. I’ve watched them wrestle and they’re really good. It would be really cool to have a new Team Angle. I could do the big matches; the Summerslams and the Wrestlemanias. I think that would be a good mix. And it would also give them a great rub, a rub that they need. We’ll see if we do something like that, I don’t know if it’s on the cards, but you never know.

KAITLYN: Short answer? Absolutely! Here’s why. We are currently in the process of producing a men’s line. My seamstress is creating the first samples, and my goal is to have it released in the early fall, but it would be nice for summer. It’s a long process. We’re developing the best possible pattern to get the perfect fit. The issue that we’re running into is whether we want to put in the Booty Scrunch or not. We’re thinking no, but we might make some available with the scrunch. And if we do, E is wearing those. He has no say in it.

WWE.COM: Are you going to hold him to that?

KAITLYN: Please, look at what he wears on television! He wears the tiniest, tight singlets. There’s no way he wouldn’t wear

Most of Bryant's ruling noted that there are many, many contradictory statements made by the Plaintiffs in their filings against WWE.
