Just out of curiosity, when was the last time the World Heavyweight Title was defended after the WWE Title on a PPV? Was it during Sheamus' WWE reign? Did the Taker v Kane feud take precedence?

I think it was the Kane/Undertaker HIAC from last year.

Just checked and I think it was TLC 2010 when Edge v Kane v Mysterio v Del Rio in a TLC match was on after The Miz v Orton in a tables match.
