I don't think Capcom are any good at making costumes. Instead of nonsense like Abels "Day at the beach" outfit or the multiple schoolgirl outfits, why not give us Kens business suit, Zangiefs tanktop from his SFII artwork, M.Bisons cape etc.
There are better costume ideas than "Gangsta" Ryu or random casual/beach wear. I'm not against stupid outfits for fun but some of the stuff is just unimaginitive. |

That's better. I prefer that kind of alternate costume to all this "casual" clothes they seem to just give everyone.

I'm actually slightly irritated. Ono said at some conference or other that he would talk about DLC/Arcade characters but at the conference he decided he would rather tell us about it at the next conference. When that conference rolled around, he then said he'd wait until TGS to tell us about DLC/arcade characters. TGS is here, Capcom had their little show and he never showed us anything.

I'm trying to just laugh at everyone on SRK who went on "Ono is a giant troll" screeds after hearing about some of the character changes in SSF4 arcade, but goddamn, maybe he is.

Dunno, just got back from a night on the town right after work so I haven't seen any of the TGS announcements.

We got nothing but attire art for SSF4, no formal reveal for Arcade Edition or the eventual console update. Some people are miffed.

With Dante in the game I was pleased enough to be content with the roster and the only character I thought about in a 'snowball's chance in hell' sort of way was X23. Now she's in. I honestly do not care about the roster anymore and any further reveals will be a general bonus to me.

I'm still hoping for Taskmaster. There's so much you can do with a guy like that. Maybe a surprise like American Son or Sentry might even make it in.
