A 66 average score feels a tad bit too low for WWE 2K Battlegrounds but I wouldn't really go any higher than a 70 or 75 for it.
The cons listed in GamesRadar's review are spot on regarding the biggest issues this game has even as a budget title. The worst might be the "always on" online nature of the game since if you lose connection during a match or play session, the game doesn't keep track of your progression meaning you get nothing for any matches played. Had that happen to me earlier today while I was playing career mode where it lost connection late into a match and the game and refused to give me any exp or in-game currency for it afterwards. |
Its still a fun game, but yeah I agree with all the points and the grinding issue for characters

Meh on that first matchup but Reigns vs. Fiend sounds interesting and something that's been rumored to be in the works for some time now.
Going to be very interesting in seeing how they make the Fiend a face considering the character is anything but that. Only fear is WWE watering the Fiend down a lot to make that potential idea happen. |
