Apparently the lawsuit Vince and WWE are currently facing regarding Vince's funding of the XFL might be gaining traction due to recent documents popping up implying an actual conflict of interest between the XFL and WWE.

Vince had his WWE contract amended after the XFL relaunched to make an exception for the new XFL despite WWE stating in SEC filings that they consider sports to be among their competitors.

According to the Observer Newsletter, ticket sales for next weekend's NXT & NXT UK Worlds Collide event have been very weak or sluggish.

Same for next month's TakeOver event selling slower than usual for a TakeOver show but they still have a month to go for sales.

Also seems the boost of being on FOX and running shows on Fridays instead of Tuesdays has benefited Smackdown a lot despite the quality of shows being very hit-or-miss since the move. Before they were averaging around half of what they currently are doing for shows.

25 entrants announced already from Raw and SmackDown. There might be a few more that get added in (Roode, Miz, Morrison). Cain Velasquez and/or Tyson Fury. That already gets you to 30 without NXT.

Might not even be room for a token legend spot. They didn't have one last year either unless you want to count Kurt Angle who was technically still active.
