Cesaro should be the in-ring pillar for the company. Maybe he won't ever be their biggest merchandise seller, most over personality, or biggest star -- but he should be protected and presented like a major deal moving forward. If they need to have Flair come in to achieve that, then they need Flair to come in and help them achieve that.

If Flair were to put together a team of great in-ring guys that maybe represent the old values of the NWA/WCW, it could be a pretty cool angle. Charlotte would be hanging around with them, and that means that Becky Lynch could be an associate member. Cesaro, Ziggler and Curtis Axel immediately come to mind for it.

I don't know how I feel about Samoa Joe being down in NXT. The company should be calling him up and doing an undefeated streak with him. Maybe it doesn't make them much money, but they won't know if they don't try.

Joe feels like one of those few guys that oozes that charisma that's en vogue right now. An ass-kicking don't-give-a-fuck machine. He's got a stand-out look, can work and can talk. Seriously think he should be a big deal for the company right now.

I'm ready for the Lucha Dragons to split. They're not going to get that development as personalities they need as a duo, and a split would at least push fans behind one and give one a "bad guy" personality. Have Del Rio beat Kalisto on RAW and then Sin Cara turns on Kalisto for getting a tournament spot before him.

Sin Cara vs. Kalisto at Survivor Series may not move the needle too much, but Hunico deserves a chance to be the heel he never got a chance to be after Sin Cara Negro.

They might be a bit old, but The LAX might make decent signings for the WWE if they want some stop-gap Latino stars.

Probably a sign of how much the recent injury plague is making the WWE panic. Went from a supposed zero interest in having Bryan ever wrestle again for them to now a possibility because of the desperation for big stars.

In my perfect world, Paige & Emma go over in a tournament final against Becky Lynch & Natalya to become the reinstated WWE Women's Tag Team Champions. The Bella Twins and Trish Stratus & Lita are semi-finalists in the tournament (and the presumed finals by many when the matches are announced), but they cost each other their matches and have a more personal feud.

You have Naomi & Tamina and Billie Kay & Peyton Royce all floating around. Charlotte and Sasha Banks could be your defining singles feud, with some of the other girls working with them in between big matches. But the Tag Titles could provide more goals for the girls, who have rotating allegiances anyway.

I've also changed my stance on the WWE re-instating the Cruiserweight Championship, or even trying to create a puro feel to it by bringing back the Junior Heavyweight Championship.

In the past, I've been of the opinion that a title with a weight-limit is not going to be booked correctly in the WWE, and puts a ceiling on certain guys. But dudes like Neville, Tyler Breeze, Kalisto, Sin Cara, Primo, Epico, etc. all seem to have a ceiling anyway, if we're being perfectly honest with ourselves. Maybe they can eventually break out, but giving them a title to feud over for the meantime wouldn't be the worst thing in the world.

Present this champion like they are a real deal in their weight class, and you might have something. I imagine Neville could possibly be your first champion, but Breeze wouldn't be a bad pick either.

If the brand split was still around, you could put them all on one show (SmackDown?) and if you want a guy like Finn Balor to come up and not waste his time in the division, you can insert him on RAW and push him as an open class guy there.

Maria Kanellis has stated that the WWE has expressed interest in bring her in with The Kingdom once their ROH contracts expire at the end of the year.

There is definitely a place for Maria in the WWE.
