Hey everybody! Glad you enjoyed my thread! Just finished watching this PPV.

Highlight of the night was obviously Christian appearing on camera and blessing us with words from his mouth.

Aside from that, I'd actually give match of the night to The Usos vs. Rowan and Harper.

Lock Jaw 06-30-2014 03:06 AM

Really pleased that The Usos retained, by the way.... love The Usos.....

That match was great, and I hate the Uso's

It did happen pretty fast. Not sure how that makes it anti-climatic. They can only do the same old "two guys climbing, one guy gets knocked off and the other grabs the titles" finish so often.

WWE seriously is overestimating the interest in a Brock-Cena rematch.

well if it is just being feed to brock at summer-slam better cena win then one of the younger guys, but i would rather delrio win since he is retireing soon anyway. so cena is one belt away from tieyng flairs 16 titles.

#1-norm-fan 06-30-2014 07:49 AM

They're not overestimating it. It will be the biggest main event they've had since Rock-Cena II.

Savio 06-30-2014 09:40 AM

What about Brock-Cena II?

*Irish whips STD post and clotheslines post, picks it up and points to the table*

*Crowd is digging it, they really love when I point at things*

*Set the post up*

Just found a time sheet for that show. There wasn't even a match longer than 6 minutes. Strange.

I hope Cena keeps the thing that was used to hook the belts as it look interesting.

He could bring back the chain necklace and hang it around his neck

Frank Drebin 06-30-2014 12:07 PM

Massive cock ring

Heisenberg 06-30-2014 12:18 PM

The durability of those belts when Sheamus and Cesaro were hanging from them was awesome

There are other ways to finish the match than the "one guy gets knocked off" etc...I personally would have enjoyed a less formulaic Cena victory.

The fact that it happened on such a quick tirade, two quick AA"s, a climb, and there was no huge ending spot made the ending anti-climatic. I enjoyed the match, but it became "oh Cena hit 2 quick AA's and won...." But a good amount of the time this is the formula for his wins, and this was no different, which is not a huge problem for a singles match on Raw but....

Sepholio 06-30-2014 02:02 PM

Bray was basically doing the same thing as Cena. Sitting outside the ring for 10 minutes, running in and hitting a couple moves, then getting sent back out. Rinse, repeat.

Sad as it is, those 2 looked the weakest in the match. They had little to no involvement for the most part. Sheamus, Cesaro and Orton were the stars of that show in terms of action. I would say Kane too, but he clearly wasn't in it to win it so he doesn't count. Reigns was kind of the middle of the pack guy. Del Rio too.

Once again though, HUGE shout out to Orton for the way he kept going in that match after taking that nasty ass cut to his dome piece. That was some manly shit right there.

Yes it was. And as much as I hate to say it, the blood and his willingness and ability to continue added a little something extra to the match.

I agree.

Found it weird that Rowan and Harper didn't get involved. You'd think they'd have recovered enough from their match at the beginning of the night. They have been involved with most of Bray's big matches... Seems odd that they wouldn't be involved in his biggest one, trying to help him win.

good ppv

So, pretty much a guarantee we get Cena vs Rusev at Battleground, right? Feed the unstoppable Rusev to Cena to make Cena look once again like he can overcome anything going into Summerslam vs. Lesnar.

I think they were holding on to the gold hanger and not the belts.

That's a terrible way to kill Rusev's momentum, so I'm sure they already have it booked.
