Our rep system is actually better, I think.
If someone gets neg repped here, it eventually shows in the form of red boxes. XBL doesn't show it because the stars never go down. Why have a star rank if everyone shoots up to five stars after any feedback, good or bad? |

Activision wants a a bigger share of PSN and XBLA revenues for the DLC and games they create. Not sure if they have ever released anything on WiiWare but even that would be affected for revenue shares.

Press the Xbox button on the control pad, move to the last page on the menu, select "profile" and then "view rep".
My rep has taken a beating since playing SSFIV online. I'm almost at 50/50 good/bad rep with most people claiming I'm unsporting. I had no idea it was against the rules to stay ontop of your opponent or not let them hit you. Or is it that hard to believe anyone can use Zangief so I must be cheating. :roll: |

Haven't heard anything. Mass Effect isn't bad tho. As long as the story is still top notch, I'm gonna keep playing because Bioware games tend to have good gameplay anyway.

Yeah, not a big deal, as long as the party is hella rounded and you still get class options. I'm assuming racial benefits go the wayside for massive gameplay improvements and voicework during the narrative for your main character.

Curt Schilling's 38 Studios company might open a branch in Rhode Island if the $75 million loan deal passes.
38 Studios has 2 studios right now in Massachusetts and Maryland (Maryland was original spot and Mass. was added when Schilling bought the company). I believe they are currently working on an RPG and Electronic Arts as the publisher/distributor. |

It's a downloadable game for XBLA and PSN. It's probably just going to be some kind of Megaman based cross over game. The trailer shows Bionic Commandos arcade cabinet and it has Captain Commando painted on the kids wall.
It would be a cool novelty if you unlocked characters freely by using kinect or the PS3s motion camera to scan in Capcom products. Scan in SFIVs box and get Ryu, SSFIV for Ken, scan in RE5s box to get Chris etc. Scan in older games like the original Megaman box to get the guy off the boxart we see at the end of the trailer. I guess if you didn't have kinect or something you could buy them as cheap DLC. It would be a cool novelty but impractical, I guess. Edit: Just saw this over at Capcom Europe: Quote:

Halo 3 ODST shouldn't really count since the majority of multiplayer comes from the Halo 3 multiplayer disc.
Not shocked at CoD 4 on the list since there was a spike in playing ever since people started to dislike the changes in the sequel and went back to CoD 4. Other than that the list is almost entirely of shooting games with a couple of sports games (included Forza as a sports game for racing). |
ODST has a seperate disk for Multiplayer, just acts as halo 3

Namco vs Capcom rumored to be in the making right now but with a catch in that its really 2 seperate games instead of one. Namco is making Namco vs Capcom with the Tekken style while Capcom is making Capcom vs Namco with the Street Fighter style. If done correctly it would end up how SNK vs Capcom was a 2 game series since each side made its own version.

I stuck it in the SSFIV thread because Ono, the guy that is in charge of Capcoms version, was saying it was "Bigger than SSFIV" and had posted an image of Ryus face so it looked like it would be another Street Fighter game.
The story was posted in the SSFIV thread so I thought it would be best to put this story there as well until it's officially revealed and then someone will give it is own thread. It's not a big deal that it was posted in two places. Just means more people will know about it. |
