Going to MLW tonight, wish I was going to Impact so I could see RVD and Sabu even though it will be sad. Also wish I was at Bloodsport. MLW is just so close to where I live that I couldn't not go.

I know I keep bringing up the WM secondary market but holy crap, there are seats in the corners of the stadium which will almost certainly be obstructed by the lighting rig smack dab in the middle of your view going for $400-$500. I just don't get it.

Yes but in following a few ticket Gurus who read the market for this kind of stuff for all events, the expectation is these aren't gonna drop especially since it's now expected to be 65 and sunny.

Apparently the price of entry on the day of event for WM29 was north of $300 even for the far upper deck corner.

Should've done my research before waiting last minute lol. Lesson learned.

Speaking of tickets, just got a call from StubHub that evidently the seller for my Takeover ticket never actually had it, so now they're re-booking me to the other side of the arena. Similar seat though, thankfully.

So glad I'm reading all these posts. I will be making sure to order WM tickets for next year as soon as they go on sale.

Shit. I bought long-johns about an hour ago. I'll probably still use them if I'm working in the Garden Department if it gets colder. Deep discount for winter clothes.

Bought mine the day they went on sale for 80. A little bit later in the day because I overslept. Site crashed twice on me and made me change my password on ticketmaster during the time limit of the sale so I lost those ones but got similar after.

I almost called them up and cussed them Cornette style.

So, yes buy the day of and sign into ticketmaster the day before to make sure you still have a valid password.

Just picked up a bus out of Meadowlands to the Port Authority for 7 bucks. Woo.

Pretty much ready for WrestleMania except for Mass transit from Port Authority to wherever this convention is.

GCW Josh Barnett’s Bloodsport show was great overall. Main event between Barnett and Suzuki was really good.

Way better show overall than last year's one hosted by Matt Riddle. What hurt Riddle's show the most was both the newness of the concept and several poor matchups due to wrestlers struggling to mat wrestle or "shoot" fight.

In regard to what the stage looks like
As long as nothing from the stage is in my view I don't care.

I think they’ve learned from their mistake of having a solid fucking pillar with zero visibility through it blocking huge chunks of the audience.

Apparently its possible to swap teammates in a tag match just by tagging someone on the opposing team.

Just happened in this on-going WrestleCon show where one member of SCU (Christopher Daniels) became a member of the Best Friends & Orange Cassidy team for a brief while. Also meant that Trent Baretta became an official member of SCU in the process.

Mentioned tonight being his "last indies" event and was honored to have main evented one.

Either he's staying in ROH after his current deal expires or possibly is heading off to WWE next year.

Impact's United We Stand show off to a really bad start.

Besides the structure for the Ultimate X match looking like its going to collapse at any moment, lots of audio and production issues soo far.

Watching on FITE and haven't had any problems. Also ultimate X seems to be holding up well.

Yeah at this point with a show like this I'm content to just spend more money to ensure my view isn't gonna be obstructed.

Ditto for obstruction from other people. Same reason I'd always avoid floor seats for a show like Mania unless they were in like the first 5 rows. Can't imagine sitting in the third section of floor seating, can't see shit. Would rather sit in a bowl seat at that point.

Just returned from MLW's RISE OF THE RENEGADES at Melrose Ballroom. It was a Fusion TV taping. By far the best MLW show I've seen yet, as it had very solid buffet of wrestling for my taste.

Notes ...

- Some MLW music is fantastic (Hart Foundation) some is atrocious (Ariel Dominguez)
- I've officially become a Lucha mark, after a years of dabbling, lately I've been actually watching AAA and I love it. Tonight I saw some of the best, LA Park, Rey Fenix, Rey Horus, Puma King, Gringo Loco and a new guy I didn't know named Air Fox.
- This event has several brutal matches. Sami Callihan and Mance Warner had an incredible "garbage match". Wasn't a no dq or street fight but it just got out of control, fucking amazing match, Sami is great and Vance came out of nowhere with the talent.
- That match was MOTN until we had an insane 6-Man Tables match with The Hart Foundation and Dynasty. MJF wrestled twice, he is the man and I hate him but I love him and he won't let me so I have to hate him! Amazing heel! Fuck that guy! Teddy Hart is a super hero, he's insane. Teddy, please don't die. I loved this match.
- Then somehow shit got even more violent when Jimmy Havoc got into a street fight with Filth Tom for the MLW Championship. No spoilers, but holy shit there be blood here.

It was a 4 hour taping, crowd was good, Melrose was at capacity I think. They cut off half of the mezzanine so most of the GA was downstairs and probably will look kind of bad on tape but it was packed more than previous shows for sure.
- Fuck wrestling fans stink and this was just day one.

I misread it the first time and wondered "Why is Jimmy Hart getting into street fights?"

My seats are literally behind the tron. The Tron is taller than my seats. Im in the front row under the jumbotron from the stadium. Im not even going to be able to see the fucking ring. I basicaly paid $100 to stare at the back of their big ass stage tron for 7 hours.

If they totally displaced your seats for the tron, they will definitely be moving your section. Probably close to where the cameras are and you get a side view instead of a corner view

Saw a few floor seats going for face value, probably people who decided they couldn’t go and, in a rare case of human decency, decided not to scalp them at a high profit.

Anyway the seats blow though. Like the 3rd section of floor seating in a far back row. I know from experience that you can’t see shit sitting that far back with floor seats.

The canopy is WAY lower than it was last time in MetLife.

This seems to be taken from a suite between the 200 and 300 level. I legit think people sitting midway up the 300 level won't even be able to see into the ring.

Alexa Bliss is signing the WWE Cookbook in my town tonight, thinking of it.

Not the same as Mania but last year I got 6th row seats to NXT Takeover: New Orleans and they ended up putting camera equipment there and upgraded my girl and I to front row.

I used to work in the ticket industry in NYC, for 5 years. Theatre, but it doesn't matter, ticket selling is unionized in this area. So the difference is this. Obstructed view means there will be something in the way, a bar, a screen, a camera etc... something physically in the way. Limited view means that you could be sitting at an angle that would limit the full view of the stage, in this case the ring. Possibly a lot of the tickets have this because they will be above the canopy. But with your situation, it will likely just get moved to a much better place. Just but nice to whoever you talk to man, they could make this trip 10x better than you anticipated.

By the way I just realized that I'm going to be in full camera view for tonight's battle riot. I'll be in a pink Ric Flair shirt. Whoo!

WWE rumored to be unveiling a new set of tag belts soon and could happen as early as Mania 35.

Supposedly the new belts are in WWE's possession for Mania week and feature custom side plates for title holders.

Once RevPro's went into intermission, started split screen watching with Stardom's show and its been good soo far. The ring got messed up because the ring crew couldn't get one of the bottom turnbuckles set up properly so the bottom ropes are all droopy and way too loose.
