If that was true, The Saints would have been going undefeated and winning the Super Bowl for many years..

:(

AlphaBean 12-09-2006 02:48 AM

On Madden a couple years ago, Boller went out on my Ravens squad so Anderson came in... he fucking dominated. Got more yards, too, because Boller scrambled, so as a pocket passer...

Yeah well, anyway, he became so good that he wanted to start. :(

RP 12-09-2006 10:37 AM

One week after Dallas Clark is shown on a Madden commercial getting fucked up by two players, he fucks his knee up. Coincidence? I dont think so.

RP 12-09-2006 01:42 PM

This is from Bill Simmons colum on ESPN.com yesterday.

"8. Cincinnati
A riveting season that included seven players getting arrested (and counting), the rejuvenation of Ocho Cinco and Carson Palmer, some remarkably weird games (the win over Pittsburgh, the losses to San Diego and Atlanta), goofy fantasy seasons, season-ending injuries and everything else you could imagine. And you know what? I like the way the Bengals are playing right now. So there you go. You can't call them a sleeper because nobody's sleeping on them.

Now that we have that settled -- what about seven Bengals players getting arrested out of 53? That's 13 percent of the team! Imagine if 13 percent of your office or classroom had been arrested in the past few months? Can they get to 10 before the end of the season? You figure with holiday parties coming, that's good for one DUI. And the holidays bring visitors and family members, which usually brings trouble, so that's good for some sort of incident at a party or a club. So we only need one more wild-card arrest -- something harmless like speeding and attempting to evade an officer, or shoplifting a Christmas present of something -- and then we'll be at 10. Now that would be something. Ten Bengals arrested in one year? We'll be telling our grandkids about that one. Keep your fingers crossed."

This is from today.

^ LOL.

But I have to say, the Colts and the Jets are impressing me. At the beginning, and yes, even midpoint of the year, I was doubting them, but the Colts and the Jets are really stepping up. Least I think so, so kudos to both teams. :y:

D Mac 12-09-2006 06:41 PM

Jets better not beat out the Chiefs for the Wild Card spot.

Nervous Ferret 12-10-2006 12:25 AM

Jets 2morrowwwwwwww

Crippla 12-10-2006 12:29 AM

Jets and Chiefs will both win tommorrow. Trust me.

Nervous Ferret 12-10-2006 12:33 AM

Fuck, Crippla making a prediction is a kiss of death. Might as well give away the Jets tix now. :-\

Skippord 12-10-2006 03:15 AM

Seriously Crippla have you ever been right ever?

Crippla 12-10-2006 03:18 AM

I'm usually pretty good with NFL predictions.

D Mac 12-10-2006 08:40 AM

You had better be. With KC anyways.

Crippla 12-10-2006 10:03 AM

HAven't lost a home game in December in 10 years. Definately see them beating Baltimore this week.

Kris P Lettus 12-10-2006 12:24 PM

Ravens 17- Chiefs 10

Gonzo 12-10-2006 01:02 PM

Weinke playing for the Panthers today, don't know if thats a good or bad thing. Should be a good thing for the Giants since he is a backup QB, but since its the Giants that means he will throw for 350, 4 TD's, run for 2 more and break someone's neck.

RP 12-10-2006 01:51 PM

Marvin Harrison is going to smoke Rasheed Mathis today twice for touchdowns. Calling it now. One will be a double move 49 yard td. Mathis will look like a dumbass.

Yeah well Jones-Drew and Taylor are making the Colts D look like dumbasses as usual with over 248 rushing yards in the FIRST HALF.

21-10 and the Colts are choking in the regular season, a few weeks before the playoffs even start.

Kris P Lettus 12-10-2006 03:19 PM

Well the Jags RB's are smoking your entire defense so alls fair..

Over 250 rushing yards in the first half..

Kris P Lettus 12-10-2006 03:19 PM

KingofOldSchool 12-10-2006 03:24 PM

RP 12-10-2006 03:26 PM

He can't do shit when his defense is playing like shit and they are already down 14.

Crippla 12-10-2006 03:59 PM

Crippla 12-10-2006 04:15 PM

KingofOldSchool 12-10-2006 04:18 PM
