Think I'll be able to upload it without re-creating it? I made it specifically for TPWW and I think it is "friggin' hilarious".

I just uploaded arenas and the only Dennis Stamp CAW on WWE '12! Everthing has been tagged with TPWW.

I uploaded a crappy TPWW logo except every time I tried it said it failed. But I went on with my mates account to download it so I would get the achievement and there was about 7 copies of it. Really weird!

Pretty sure I killed David Otunga with Sheamus yesterday. The medic came out but without the stretcher and tried to do CPR on him.

been trying to beat Santino to death with everyone, motherfucker keeps not getting injured though

James Steele 12-12-2011 10:36 AM

I shit you not on this:

I played Rock vs Cena and I was The Rock. I beat the ever loving fuck out of Cena for 15 minutes trying to get the achievement for making every body part red. I'm working Cena's fucking arms when he hits his comeback and an AA to beat The Rock at WrestleMania XXVIII (Arena available for download #tpww)

Disturbed316 12-12-2011 10:54 AM

Just seen Booker T for the first time, dear god he looks shit!

#BROKEN Hasney 12-12-2011 11:44 AM

Noticed last night that most of my custom trons have the CAW beating the hell out of JR. Like 5 of the 8 that entered last night were all just powerbombing him. The other 3 were 2 Husky Harris and one Michael Cole.

James Steele 12-12-2011 11:45 AM

Booker T. looks like a late gen PS2/early 360 model. CM Punk is horrible too.

Nothing will ever top the worst wrestling model of all time (and it is on the greatest wrestling game of all time):

http://www.progressiveboink.com/b/images/vg/vg49.jpg

What I don't understand is how they made it so shitty looking. While there were some bad looking ones, that barely looks like a human fucking face. Always bothered me about that game.

Austin looks like an 80 year old man, but at least the face model looks human. Jericho is ok.

The Rock's model was awesome!

How do you fuck up the biggest star of the year in a game that tells his story? Un-freaking'-believable. #AllHailTheKing

I'm working on a tournament title story which I will upload upon completion. It'll be on 360. You all better play it.

Thankfully I'll be able to copy and paste a good portion of stuff for all the variations the tournament may go. Trying to keep cut scenes general enough so I don't have to do a bunch of different ones.

SlickyTrickyDamon 12-13-2011 01:34 AM

Just miss little things like that. :-\

HATE that...although somehow, and I've yet to figure out how to do it myself, whilst I was up against the audience barricade, the computer AI wrestler who was fighting me (can't remember whom) threw me over the barrier and into the crowd.

Also, really fucking annoying that you can't just win any title 5 times in WWE Universe with a custom guy and get the 5 titles achievement. Apparently you have to win separate titles. Oddly enough, best I can remember I've won the WWE, US, WHC, Unified Tag and IC titles and still nothing. :nono:

Is it possible to submit/injure Brock, spent 30mins trying today, got the achievment for breaking 50 objects in one session just for that match and lost count of the number of finishers i hit, but nothing.

Kane Knight 12-15-2011 09:29 AM

So how is WWE 12 overall? Reviews seem pretty mixed, and that seems a shame for a game that actually looks like it put effort in.

SlickyTrickyDamon 12-15-2011 10:01 AM

Good I guess but I don't really like the Road to WrestleMania mode idea this time around.

#BROKEN Hasney 12-15-2011 10:48 AM

RTWM parts 1 and 3 have a good story, just a shame about the handicap backstage brawls always happening.

As for a complete package, the gameplay feels solid bar some physics bugs still about. If you don't mind that they actually removed some stuff from 2011 like manager/tag partner controls and ladder fall animations (Unless someone can tell me how to call for manager distractions and weapons this year?), that it may take 5 attempts to download something from community creations still and that Universe still doesn't seem to have coherent scenes and stories a lot of the time, you'll have fun.

Customization has been ramped right up in terms of arenas and shows in Universe, but while SD V R 2011 felt like a revolution, this feels like a sideways step to me. It does some things a lot better but it really feels that very little has changed overall the deeper I get into it.

SammyG 12-15-2011 10:49 AM

That's so neat.

The main reason I'm asking is that I no longer have a copy of SVR 11, and I can rebuy it or buy WWE 12. I've never been a big fan of the RTWM stories anyway, and they're usually sort of a chore and one of the reasons I don't usually bother with the yearly update model.

I guess what I'm saying is, is the rest of the game solid enough to merit a purchase? Because with Hasney's "Lateral move" sentiment, I might as well pick up a copy of the last one used (Since I already have an Axxess code I used and shit).

Not that I'm taking Has as gospel, or I wouldn't be asking a followup here. The ratings I looked at were mostly "meh." The reasons seemed scattered and sometimes mutually exclusive. And to an extent, I don't expect WWE games to get 9 or 10 out of 10, but at the same time, when a series promises a serious overhaul and the reaction is "meh," I get a little dicey about buying full price.

It's pretty fun from what little I have played so far. There are some glitches (I've only encountered one so far and that was in RTWM), and the RTWM isn't anything special (the story is good, but there are many matches that end with cutscenes instead of pinfalls), but other than that it's probably the best game in this series yet.

I still haven't figured out the new submission system though.

#BROKEN Hasney 12-15-2011 11:17 AM

I think the bottom line for me would be that if you want to customize your own brands in universe and make your own arenas, get this one.

If you just want to play matches by yourself or with local friends (not sure if the online has died on 11 now 12 is out or not) and are happy with the right analogue stick being grapple instead of direction+A, stick with 11.

That's the reason I got 12. 11 got boring after a couple of months and I got rid of it, so I picked this up. I've enjoyed it more than 11 so far, but it's not leaps and bounds better by any means. I like the roster on 12 better than 11, and the matches seem to have a better flow but that and the addition of WCW seem to be the biggest changes to me. All in all I'd say it's a better game, but I'm not sure it's worth the price difference. If you can wait and find it on some sort of holiday sale, I'd get it that way.

LuigiD 12-15-2011 01:34 PM

DaveBrawl hit on some special points.
I got this at release and I don't know..feel kinda bored right now with it. Waiting for Macho Man and Foley..the career mode was a fucking chore. I haven't even finished it.

Tommy Gunn 12-15-2011 02:22 PM

The Jacob Cass RTWM was kind of a nightmare, considering the use of a CAW made the loading times absolutely horrible, like Duke Nukem Forever levels of horrible. The actual storyline was okay though.

Now I've finished all the trophies off I'm gonna delete my save file and enjoy a fresh start in Universe mode, and just generally take my time enjoying it.

Xero 12-15-2011 02:25 PM

lol, just realized his name is basically Create a Superstar.

:'(

DaveBrawl 12-15-2011 02:29 PM

I had to laugh at the glitch I ended up with. It was in the Sheamus RTWM and I was fighting the Undertaker in the hallway and he was getting the upperhand, well I was trying to hit some running move and all of a sudden Sheamus just turned around and ran from the Undertaker and he ran into a wall and just kept running when he was up against it. The Undertaker just stood there and looked at him.

That's fear.

Evil Vito 12-15-2011 10:50 PM

<font color=goldenrod>Turned Raw into WCW (Nitro arena) and SmackDown into ECW (custom old school ECW arena) just to change up the look of my game a bit. Wound up getting to the draft and surprisingly had primarily lower carders swapping shows for the first time. Biggest pick of the draft was probably Cody Rhodes going from WCW to ECW, Cody had finally climbed into the main event ranks over the previous year after cashing in Money in the Bank and turning face in the process.

Meanwhile, I was able to go on a CAW binge and am now having an 8-man NXT (in place of Superstars) featuring Claudio, Hero, Roode, James Storm, Aries, Jay Lethal, and the Briscoes.</font>

Fox 12-16-2011 01:19 AM

Probably not the first to ask this, but I don't want to skim the thread for an answer.

In Universe mode, is there a way to re-book the entire card all at once? I know you can re-book a match before you play it, but after the match is over it seems you have to quit out and go to the show card screen and then-rebook the nex match. It would be nice to be able to just rebook the entire show and then play from the beginning and not have to go back to the main screen inbetween every match.

Am I the only one in the wrestling fanbase who misses the old fashioned "Pay-Per-View" mode where you could book your own cards?

SlickyTrickyDamon 12-16-2011 01:41 AM

WWE Universe is better than the create-a-ppv. You can always create a ppv just by having matches. It wasn't anything special but like everything else if its taken out of a game people bitch.

I also hated GM mode.

Tommy Gunn 12-16-2011 03:47 AM

Refs keep getting in the way. When I'm doing a running grapple on an opponent, sometimes the ref doesn't move out of the way in time and shoves me to the ground. CONspiracy!

Xero 12-16-2011 03:49 AM

Yeah, the ref's a dick in this game. I guess they gave him the push down to prevent constant stuns for the ref, but they probably should have done something else.

Downloaded BestintheWorld, BTW. Gonna play it next time I play. Also managed to get a few CAWs downloaded before the server started being a bitch again.

whiteyford 12-16-2011 05:17 AM

I've just simmed most of the matches to get the achievments but i played through a couple of shows to find J.R. is Mr MITB and McCillicutty is the top contender for every singles title on raw, gotta love the randomness of universe mode
