Steiner has lost a shit ton of muscle, last i seen him wrestle he had arm pads pretty much covering the vast majority of his arms as they're not even vaguely close to the size they used to be. Was wearing a t shirt as well so no clue about him being fat or thinner.

She's also great at translating the product into a very human presentation. She makes the product feel like its a story about real people and thats something they havent had since Michael Cole took JRs job.

I dont think she is getting the spot for the right reasons but she should have had the job a long time ago on skill alone.

not towards the end of his run. I know he started like a house of fire, but he seemed to stop caring during his second run as a commentator and was one of the worst i'd ever heard.

The timing does make it look like nothing more than cheap PR especially with the MYC but Renee does have past experience in sports commentary.

If WWE is actually serious about moving her into a more commentary role, pairing her with Cole and starting off as the 3rd person in the booth for MYC and RAW is actually a very smart idea. Booker and Coach already showed what happens when you rush someone into the booth with no experience and/or little to no help given.

Rumor going around the net hints both Pentagon Jr and Fenix could be heading to the WWE as early as next month.

Right now they are still locked in for All In but recently canceled bookings for MLW's next set of tv tapings in early October. Both also recenty told promoters they can't guarantee they will be able to honor any of their scheduled bookings for next year.

Yes and somewhat.

Mexico's AAA promotion already expects both guys to be pretty much done with the company after this month's Triplemanía event. Since LU is now a lot more relaxed with contracts, safe to assume both are gone after this season ends.

Will suck for Impact as well. At the moment Pentagon and other LU talent are on TV 3 times a week with different promotions. Really have no interest in them in being in WWE. Pretty sure WWE really dont even want them but are just trying to keep them away from other companies which is pretty shitty.

Anyone who thinks The Young Bucks, Omega, Pentagon or Fenix will be big deals in WWE is being dense. Vince doesn't care about tag teams very much, Fenix and Pentagon will be used for 205 Live and Omega won't be given a main-event spot.

It's more about Vince owning all the toys so other promotions can't play w/ them.

WWE would be a lot better off in the long run if they actually established a minor league system like baseball does than trying to wreck the indies. They sort of have the idea with multiple NXT brands around the world but those are designed more to hurt local wrestling scenes so nobody can achieve any notable success without WWE's permission.

At some point the indies are going to hit another nasty down period and unlike previous times, its going to be a lot harder for them to recover. Last major one I think was when UFC and MMA became extremely popular.

She was excellent in NXT. She seems to be able to slip enough organic skill into the job to be able to thrive in a WWE environment. Could see her becoming a fan favorite commentator, to be honest.

The idea is really good in theory, but they want everyone to work the same, so it's really just a network of bland. If they actually saw it as an opportunity to produce different styles and flavors of wrestling, it could be really good. Right now, you just have "mainstream WWE" and "boutique WWE."

I haven't seen any promos since 2016, really, but Orton impressed me when he came back, because he had this "I don't give a fuck" attitude about him. But not in a bad way. In a he's not going to be super-pedantic to care about the office's feelings and will make things sound the way he wants to.
