Orton has one. Miz could use one. Kane could use a proper one. Otherwise out of those you listend they likely wouldn't sell enough to make it worth it

I think a Regal one will come eventually, he's been too many places, has too many friends in high places and so on to not get one, maybe as a 'career retrospective' or some gimmick. I don't see him leaving WWE anytime ever really so maybe a Steamboat type thing. Could be a while though.
