Yep. He won the WWE Title in the Ladder Match at Money in the Bank in Boston.

Bad News Gertner 03-29-2018 11:18 PM

Who were the first father and son pair to hold a WWWF/WWF/E Championship. We'll use a start date of 1971 since that's when the tag belts were created.

I don't mean as a tag team. I mean like "Father won such and such title in 1972 and son won such and such title in 2001". Doesn't have to be the same title. Any title.

Savio 03-30-2018 12:57 AM

Kurt Angle and Jason Jordan

Rocky Johnson was a WWF Tag Team Champion, wasn't he?

Mr. Nerfect 03-30-2018 04:27 AM

But saying that, I think a son of the Wild Samoans would have held the Tag Titles before The Rock won anything. Sorry, thinking out loud.

Mr. Nerfect 03-30-2018 04:29 AM

Oh shit! I think I know the answer. I think I tricked myself into a chasing a red herring there because JR would always talk about Rock and Rocky Johnson being father and son champions. I had to check to make sure I was right though, lol, so I'll let someone else guess.

Bad News Gertner 03-30-2018 08:18 AM

You got it! Rocky Johnson won the tag straps with Tony Atlas

Here are some rules to help you:

1. The first and last words of a title are always capitalized, no matter what they are.

2. The articles a, and, and the are not capitalized unless they are the first or last words of a title.

3. The conjunctions for, and, nor, but, or, yet, or so are not capitalized unless they are the first or last words of a title. However, sometimes for, yet, and so can be other parts of speech. For can also be a preposition, but you don’t have to worry about that because little prepositions are not capitalized either! However, yet and so can also be adverbs, and adverbs are capitalized in a title.

It's "America the Beautiful", not whatever you had. Also, titles should have quotation marks around it. Thank you. Now go and use proper grammar from now on.

Bad News Gertner 03-30-2018 09:58 AM

Yeah, I was gonna comment on that but I figured someone else would.

I'll take it, but I can think of two that came earlier. Sika and Samu and before them Blackjack Mulligan and Barry Windham.

Bad News Gertner 03-30-2018 11:07 PM

Jesus Christ, how did I forget Windham and Mulligan.

Mr. Nerfect 03-30-2018 11:10 PM

I only remember Windham held the WWF Tag Team Titles because they lost them at the first Mania.

Bad News Gertner 03-30-2018 11:11 PM

I tend to make up questions off the top of my head lol

Bad News Gertner 03-30-2018 11:16 PM

Who was the ring announcer for Wrestlemania 10 (besides The Fink for that 1 match)

Jordan 03-30-2018 11:19 PM

John Tuttoro

Jordan 03-30-2018 11:19 PM

Who was Lex Lugers first WWF match against?

Oh shit my bad I was thinking 11.... I gotta think about 10...shit I can't get it.

Jordan 03-30-2018 11:21 PM

I'm stoned.

Mr. Nerfect 03-30-2018 11:23 PM

WrestleMania X is my favorite of the "classic" Manias and I'm drawing blanks.

Mr. Nerfect 03-30-2018 11:24 PM

Fuck, it's someone really famous that I should know.

Jordan 03-30-2018 11:26 PM

What's sad is that I've seen WM 11 like a million times because it was one of my first WWF VHS Tapes. I've seen 11 more than WM 10 and that's sad.

Bad News Gertner 03-30-2018 11:34 PM

When I mean ring announcer, I'm not counting celebrities. There was another ring announcer besides the Fink

Jordan 03-31-2018 12:04 AM

I know and I don't think we ever saw him again.

In 1996 Ahmed Johnson had to vacate the IC championship due to injury. They ended up holding an IC title tournament. Who won the tournament and who did the winner beat

It varied. Mike Minton was the majority. Charlie Daniels was the timekeeper as well. I have McHugh whole intro memorized.

SlickyTrickyDamon 03-31-2018 03:27 AM

Mittman is correct. He was a guest on a recent 605.

Bad News Gertner 03-31-2018 03:30 AM
