Solomon Crowe sounds great.

Damn. Falling behind, still need to watch last week's.

Mr. Nerfect 12-12-2013 07:35 AM

Bayley is so fucking adorable. I like her work when she guys really serious and stuff. Sasha Banks is wonderful in the ring.

Mr. Nerfect 12-12-2013 07:36 AM

I find Scott Dawson to be quite enjoyable. He's got this Jamie Noble vibe about him. Not really into Sylvester LeFort as a manager. I would like to see him take on more clients and be more of an asshole, and not just a guy who doesn't pay his men well.

Not too big on Mojo Rawley. The crowd seems to love him. I dunno, he's just still a little rough around the edges. A little refining needed.

Mr. Nerfect 12-12-2013 07:38 AM

Hunico is great, but I'm still not into Hunico & Camacho as a tag team. I guess with Hunico now playing Sin Cara, that thing is probably dead in the water now, anyway. It'd be good to see what Camacho does now. Maybe he can play something more natural to him?

Mr. Nerfect 12-12-2013 07:39 AM

Alexander Rusev is pretty good. Lana is hot. I like the potential of their relationship, but something about it still seems awkward. I think it just needs some explanation. Maybe Rusev just sees Lana as a symbol of status and how far he's come from his humble beginnings as a boy raised to be a warrior?

Kassius Ohno was really solid at pretty much everything, but he got demolished pretty good here. Was this his last NXT appearance?

Mr. Nerfect 12-12-2013 07:40 AM

Leo Kruger is growing on me. His promo work is quite creepy. Sami Zayn is so damn likable. I could really get into their feud. I like the idea of Kruger wanting to be a Real American. It's like he has no interest in America, but he just wants to roll with those guys because it means success.

Emperor Smeat 12-13-2013 12:29 AM

Both tag matches this week were pretty good.

Bad News Gertner 12-13-2013 07:38 AM

Leo Kruger just seems like one of those guys will just linger around in NXT for a long time. He's just meh.

Lana is not hott at all.

Scott Dawson is exactly the type the WWE needs to stop signing. He's too small, has a generic look and does nothing special.

Rawley needs a new finisher in the worst possible way. That move works when it's a 400 pound Earthquake doing it. Not when a 275 guy does it. It's as dumb as Rowan using a big splash as a finisher. Rowan did this nice elevated side suplex when he debuted, but that's gone. Guessing cause it's one of Kane's moves.

SPOILER: show
Kalisto (the former Samuray del Sol, who notably brought his "lucha, lucha" chant over to WWE) came out after intermission to hype the rest of the events for the evening. NXT is basically having their new talent test their in-ring promo ability by having them as hype men, to those who might be confused.

Kalisto did his glowing baton routine, which actually is kinda cool, and he was about to do the traditional live event "hyping up the crowd by giving away free stuff" bit, when the lights went out and the sound you usually hear during an Emergency Broadcast Signal blared over the speakers. The lights were flickering, so you could barely tell at first, but someone had attacked Kalisto.

The lights came on to reveal Solomon Crowe, who has a very maniacal look on his face, with his finger hovering over a tablet, indicating that he basically has the entire arena hacked.

Without a word, he presses a button on his tablet, shutting off the lights and setting off the EBS alarm, and disappears.

The Kruger gimmick was pretty interesting although with him getting a completely new gimmick, your probably right on him being there a lot longer now. Too many people are ahead of him for possible promotion and if the new gimmick fails, even more time is going to be needed.

I actually like Rawley's finisher. If Mysterio can use a seated senton as a finisher, someone who weighs over 100 pounds more can as well. That said, Rawley really, really needs a new pre-finisher move. That ass... bump... thing needs to go.

Innovator 12-13-2013 05:39 PM

The flying asshole is a well documented, historic move

I do get what you're saying about Dawson, but I think he has a place as a comedy character on the main roster. I think he'd be an interesting commentator somewhere too -- perhaps on Superstars instead of Alex Riley.

Rawley does need a new finishing move. The dude is huge -- give him something with some power. What would be wrong with a TKO or something? Even that might be a little generic for him.

I'm trying to picture what move you're talking about with Erick Rowan. Do you mean like a sidewalk slam? I think I remember Rowan doing that. I miss the days when multiple guys could use the same move. It could lead to interesting match-ups down the line. Rowan is actually big enough to pull off a Chokeslam. Let him do that so the idea of Harper and Rowan being monsters really gets drilled into people's heads.

Bad News Gertner 12-14-2013 12:40 AM

Sorry, that's what I meant about Rowan. Was picturing Dino Bravo doing it for some reason when they used to call it a side suplex.

Bad News Gertner 12-14-2013 12:41 AM

Hell, Rawley is an ex football player and it doesn't appear Cor Von is coming back ever. Have Rawley do the pounce.

Ultra Mantis 12-14-2013 03:13 PM

I can't stand Mojo Rawley and I'm pretty sure its all Alex Riley's fault.

XL 12-18-2013 06:33 PM

Caught up with last weeks episode. Is Kruger's imminent change to Adam Rose anything to do with him wanting to become a Real American?

was never really a Sami Callihan fan, clearly has a bunch of talent but a bit "indyriffic" but this sounds like hot stuff/very interesting, curious to see how he does there

Lock Jaw 12-18-2013 09:48 PM

About to catch up on NXT again. Hopefully do not fall behind again.

Lock Jaw 12-18-2013 09:50 PM

December 4th episode here we go

Lock Jaw 12-18-2013 09:54 PM

Always wonder what the hell Damien Sandow is doing in the NXT opening. In all the time I have been watching, he hasn't made one appearance there.

Lock Jaw 12-18-2013 10:00 PM

So "weird" seeing divas chain wrestle

Lock Jaw 12-18-2013 10:09 PM

Terrible Sharpshooter by Natalya here. She's never had the greatest, but this is just bad. To the point where Renee, as a Canadian, had to say "I don't think Natalya has it fully cinched in"

Lock Jaw 12-18-2013 10:16 PM

On the other hand, best I've seen Paige's finisher, even if it is still a bad one.

Lock Jaw 12-18-2013 10:37 PM

Alex Riley to new commentator after Byron Saxton was taken out: "Where were you 10 minutes ago?"

Commentator should have replied: "I'm not the actual wrestler here, Alex"

Lock Jaw 12-18-2013 10:37 PM

This ring announcer pronounces Alberta weird. "Alber-ta".

Lock Jaw 12-18-2013 11:02 PM

December 11th, here we go

Lock Jaw 12-18-2013 11:05 PM

Hunico so much better as himself sans mask

Mr. Nerfect 12-18-2013 11:09 PM

Love Hunico so much.

Innovator 12-18-2013 11:28 PM

ENZOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

Innovator 12-18-2013 11:28 PM

I WANT THAT SAWFT SHIRT

Lock Jaw 12-18-2013 11:47 PM

Glad to see Scott Dawson back. Sad to see him jobbing to Mojo Rawley.

Lock Jaw 12-18-2013 11:59 PM

I think this is the first time I've seen Leo Kruger actually win a match.

..... BRING ON THE 200th EPISODE!

Lock Jaw 12-19-2013 12:10 AM

HHH Facing it up

Lock Jaw 12-19-2013 12:11 AM

Always disappointed whenever Renee Young isn't on commentary now

Lock Jaw 12-19-2013 12:43 AM

Sweet, Enzo Amore on TV despite being injured. Was hoping they would do that.

Lock Jaw 12-19-2013 12:49 AM

Never realized hos short Davey Richards is. Dude looks like a (vanilla) midget.
