We need GTA VII to be set in the Midwest and parody Chicago and Detroit.
Oh God I'm imagining getting missions from Shaggy 2 Dope and Violent J. Gotta hold down the mean streets of Detroit city for all the juggalos and juggalettes.
All I'm asking for Rockstar is one thing and one thing only.
Actual underwater stuff. |
Didn't GTA 5 have the packages underwater and you can use Scuba gear or a mini sub to get them?
Don't see why they wouldn't follow up on that in 6. |
Nah man. Leave that underwater stuff as it is with the sub. No sharks and shit. Thalassophobic AF
If cyberpunk can do it so can we!
That was just Judy Booty simulator tho.
This map's gonna be so big you'd have to buy an exclusive hard drive for it
The map will be $9.99
The maps are too damn high
Fully expecting a lot of customizations in online that are free in V to cost $$$ in VI.
Because R* at this point, knows people will spend MILLIONS without thinking about it. |
I expect there to be a monthly shark dollars or real dollars home/apt/Bunker/hq rentals
100.
Fortnite does it pretty well with their Crew Battle Pass. Rockstar is poised to make more money than they will know what to do with (jk) with this new one. Remember, GTA:O was the first time they launched online. With that foundation, coupled with the YEARS of data from it, they will have it laid out to entice that wallet on the daily. |
Stadiums and arenas with NPC players. Just think of the in game sports betting possibilities
Fuck yeah. Take the stage progression from Ryse: Son of Rome and place some modern buildings and pew pew guns all over.
Man, they could re-create The Running Man, and it'd be one of the best game modes. It'd be like the other Rockstar game Manhunt. Put that mode into the game and proooooffffiiiiiiitttt! |
Well, I was implying more like soccer, American football, etc but that's even better.

You're prob'ly right about an analogue Atlanta sitting somewhere to the north, as well. And then, Vice City itself will be likely completely overhauled to be a vastly different "Florida" like they've already done with "California" between San Andreas and 5 and "New York" between 3 and 4. |
On phone can't embed but bad Tim Pool take above.
Lol
Tim Pool is a fuckhead so I'm not surprised he has another fuckheaded opinion
People saying the size of GTA6 will bee at least 200gb....... RIP gaming PC.
If your gaming pc is going to be consumed terribly by 200gb, you did something wrong.
Bought it for $900 in 2021. It can hold 250gb and hasn't been an issue for the 3 years we had it....
We have a back up hard drive. Maybe GTA6 can be put there? Dunno if that will cause performance issues. |
It will depend on two primary things:
Which USB version it is using, you want minimum 3.0 (also called superspeed) The kinda storage you store things on. You will want a SSD. Biggest bang for your buck in terms of performance. Games that are more intense on your GPU should be installed on the local SSD, where there's direct access to the GPU, rather than being bottlenecked by the USB cable. USB 3.0 and up SSD |
nerd alert lol
Rumored to be $100, oof.
Not sure if I will get it anyway as I think I have aged out of really being into this genre of games. |
One does not simply age out of GTA.

In regard to the story and tone, GTA obviously leans heavily into lowbrow satire, which can certainly have diminishing returns as we get older.
That said, I will never tire of exploring Rockstar's open worlds as they always push the boundaries of what's possible in creating living breathe worlds. The attention to detail is really incredible, and whenever I come back to RD2 or GTA 5, I still find things I had never seen before. Some people are incredulous that the game will look that good on standard PS5, but my question is whether the npcs will truly be as dynamic as they appear in the trailer and screenshot. If it was any other developer, I would call bullshit right out of the gate and assume that in game footage or not, it's all preprepared cutscenes, but when you look at the jump from gta 5 to red dead 2, it's not that implausible. |
