Feel like dropping out; played earlier and the online experience is just ass compared to the recent offline sessions I had last week. Plus they lost my headset. And my brother doesn't have Transformers yet and I'm kinda grumpy about that.

I can do consecutive instant air Cannon Spikes now, but I wasn't as happy as I'd thought I'd be over it. I can link Sakura's cr.hp after her lk Senpuu more consistently now, too, but again that didn't excite me much.

Actually, overall I game much less than I used to. Still very interested in comp and industry news, but only certain kinds of set-ups interest me now. Me and guys had convos when I was in Miami about how online play is 'eh' and we need more offline fighting game sessions and LAN parties.

I haven't seen or heard from thecc, and I'm busy with work a lot of the time. I'll basically be out of town for the next three weeks on business, with a few days off in between.

Why is this important RoXer? Only about 5 of us take it dead serious enough to cross evaluate our skill, and we've been doing that fine with Endless Battles.

I say we challenge other camps and each other, but TPWW isn't primed for any tournament structure. Most of the members just aren't 'that' type of competitve gamer. Compare this tourny turn out and execution with casual getogethers had in GTA4, Red Dead, and MW2 (all were either TPWW vs others or some otherwise casual pretense).

We all played MW2 rather consistent but when it was the hot new thing. You announce a tourny and poof; everybody went about their ways. This just isn't the forum, buddy. Too few of us are ready and willing.

Even still, my competitve spirit for the game as returned and I will compete to the full extend of my ability (whereas I was seriously gonna wing it before a few nights ago). Something about my sessions with Khuntry and Funky awakened the Orochi within - and I want blood. You guys are pretty much fucked.

The people moving on will be the people who play. These first rounds will cut all the fat. It will get competitive in the upcoming rounds

I'm not gonna be able to really play until around this weekend.

I think I'll be around, but I'm not 100% sure. We'll see.

RULES:

- Higher seed fights on the RIGHT side of the screen. It gives those who aren't so great a bit of a comfort zone when fighting. Example: #16 is on the left, #1 is on the right. I know the lobby system makes it so the winner of the previous match is on the left by default, so if the lower seed presses "ready" and the higher seed doesn't, the lobby should rearrange you.

If this doesn't work, than it isn't a big deal.

- Time Limit: 99, Rounds: 5

- Best of 9 (Nine)

- You can only pick the same character twice.

TIPS:

- Clean up your connection. Do what you can, at least. Stop downloading porn/movies/whatever. Tell your MOM to get off the computer, you're playing in a fighting video game tournament for an internet wrestling message board. As long as Hasney isn't using his tethered iphone for a connection, we should be okay,

- Save replays. Please. After the entire round, obv. Don't play a match and go save and play a match and go save. That's dumb. And label them properly.

- Take a breather between matches. It helps.

Anyways, its not fixable. The GPU has a hairline crack in it so won't be sorted until the 26th at the earliest. Not that I'd be competitive after reading about Kalyx's competitive spirit, I'd have tears of laughter every time it entered my head :'(.
