Jeez.
|
Damn. 3 Minute Warning had some pretty serious health problems for their ages. Hope Rosey doesn't share the same fate as Jamal.

If Reigns doesn't turn face at Mania, I'd use the opportunity of Hogan not being in shape to compete to turn Cesaro. As the new torch-bearer for Hulkamania.

On that episode, didn't Booker T say Thanksgiving was in October, or something?
|
Yes but he has alot of Canadian friends.
|
I believe that was responsible for his gimmick leading to his match against Edge at Mania.

The Wrestler (1974 Version)
Ed Asner stars as wrestling promoter Frank Bass. From Wikipedia: Verne Gagne also stars in the movie as Mike Bollar, the current wrestling champion of his "league." Billy Robinson plays Bollar's latest challenger, Billy Taylor. After a long reign as champion, Bollar is getting older and feeling pressure from all sides, including his wife and wrestling promoters, to pass the championship to Taylor and retire. Bollar's resistance to their requests that he step aside is the central conflict in the film. Many American Wrestling Association performers appear in the movie. Among them are "Superstar" Billy Graham, "Rick Flair" (credited with that spelling in the credits), Dusty Rhodes, Dick Murdoch, Dick the Bruiser, Dory Funk, Jr., Ray Stevens, Pedro Morales, Ken Patera, Nick Bockwinkel, Dan Gable, Eddie Graham, Jim Brunzell, and more. Some of the said wrestlers are simply featured in clips from wrestling shows without adding to the actual plot or having them on the set of the film in actual roles. Former World Wrestling Federation chairman, Vincent J. McMahon, makes an appearance in an actual acting role and not a clip from a wrestling broadcast. |

At least if it happened it should be a wonderful match as they have fantastic chemisty and should actually get time this go-around. Potential show stealer especially if Orton/Batista, HHH/Punk etc. go on as rumored. Still feel like WWE are colossally retarded if they don't put Bryan in the title match tho. |
HHH must have 1-800 FELLA on speed dial then.
|
Yeah I'd imagine Sheamus has to be a corporate heel for the build to make sense. Triple H could even replay the WM28 match a few times and talk about how Bryan will never get a WM moment.
Feasibly it could even be for the title with Bryan winning the Rumble and Sheamus becoming the new corporate champion at Elimination Chamber or something. Dunno if it'd actually work out that way, though. |
What the hell was the point of the whole Xavier Woods/R-Truth vs. Brodus Clay storyline?
Brodus turned heel, but he hasn't got any more over, perhaps even going down on the pecking order, jobbing to people faster than ever. Tensai hasn't benefited either, and has all but disappeared. Had one match against Brodus as the "split" match, and that was it. Meanwhile, Xavier Woods was debuted in an incredibly random fashion and no one really cared. |
Also, 18 seconds.
