Apparently WWE pulled a contract deal from one of the talents from the Mae Young Classic. They had a deal in place with Jazzy Gabert and freaked out when they got the results of her medical test.

That sucks for her, and I felt like she had "something." Great presence behind her, and I wanted to see her in a Nia Jax role (not making out with Enzo).

It's been a while since I've seen it, but it always jars me when Roman Reigns makes his entrance. He's got all these different slogans and logos that pop up, and it looked like some kid made it. The aesthetic is all disjointed and it's just crammed in there. He's got like a "Roman Reigns" logo on the screen, then the "RR" off the side, then some lightning bolts from his fist thing, then he's probably got the actual fist, then he's got "BELIEVE THAT" written down the bottom. He's probably added something about being "The Big Dog" and a Shield thing. It's like "Pick a fucking aesthetic."

I was watching an old Mid South episode last night. The Bladerunners (Sting and The Warrior) were wrestling and for some reason while Warrior is beating on some jobber, the commentator, in a completely serious manner, says something along the lines of "He's got a lot of aggression. It could be a steroid effect."

I know times have changed over 30 years. That was bizarre though.

First Io Shirai, now Jazzy. Fuck's sake.

I recommend Dutch's podcast. It wasn't outstanding -- the stories had been mostly told before, but I can listen to Dutch talk forever. He wasn't happy with Swagger when he got busted for the DUI.

I'm gonna have to listen to it. I have a spot in my rotation now that I stopped listening to 6:05 Superpodcast and the Heaven's Gate Podcast finished up. The stupid marathon Between the Sheets take forever to listen to (between 4-7 hours a show, every Monday).

I'm watching the Nitro from the day Schiavone spoiled the Mankind title win. Perversely entertaining.

There were like a thousand matches on this show.

The ironic thing about that moment was them spoiling RAW's main event didn't really effect Nitro's viewership in the end. It gave a huge boost to WWF's numbers but Nitro got all those viewers back for their own main event.

If Nitro does anything beside the Fingerpoke of Doom, its very likely WWF's pivotal moment happens a lot later. Instead it happened that night because people were sick of Hogan and the nWo hogging the spotlight again in WCW.

I believe it. This is a watchable show for sure. The stuff with Goldberg getting arrested was way funnier than it had any business being. They had a lot of good talent on their roster, too.

If I remember correctly from the Death of WCW book, only reason the Fingerpoke of Doom happened was due to some agreement WCW had with Hogan in order for him to drop the title to Goldberg.

WCW promised him both the title and getting his "win" back when he returned from a his break but since Goldberg wasn't the champion anymore, Hogan was only able to get the title back. Think Hogan might have also pushed for him to be the one to break Goldberg's streak but that wasn't possible either by the time he returned.

That stinks. She's on Edge and Christian's latest podcast.

Pretty sad that they didn't do that sort of psychical before the tournament. She shouldn't have competed at all. Probably why they freaked the hell out. Hope they can reach a deal to fix her up and sign her in the future.

tuned in the WWE network to see McMahon on the Stone Cold podcast. Very interesting and entertaining.

Good stuff, and I like Matt Farmer, but the audio quality is terrible, haha. That doesn't matter to me, but some people get bothered by that sort of thing.

If you pause it at the right time, you can actually see the moment where the WWE tears up her developmental offer.

If they weren't dumb enough to take pictures that upload to online storage then there would be none to leak. Not entirely sure why they would need to take nude pics of themselves in the first place, if they didn't take them there would be none to leak.

If people didn't walk around the street with a wallet there would be nothing to steal. Of course it makes sense to be careful, but it also makes more sense not to steal people's private sexual content. That being said, Maria doesn't seem to care, so good for her. I think that's one of the healthiest responses I've seen to it.

I hope somebody parades these subtle wrestling nuances.

Wouldn't be anything new considering WWE has messed with the crowd volume a lot in the past for RAW and at least a Mania or two for Reigns. Also got outed last year for using a fake crowd reaction shot for a Reigns loss recap video.
